Nothing wrong with the accommodations however will never come back since they charged me 35 euro for three cups of black coffee which we thought was complementary to the visit. Such a great way to make your customers never wanting to come back..

Buyers beware!! The hotel manager is aweful as is the service. And they dont want to issue refunds for cancellations and dont even offer rebooking options. Very Ryan air like policies made to withhold refund while not providing the service. There are better options elsewhere. Dont waste your time and good money.

We were recieved with cofee and cakes in a really nice lounge. We had a wonderful dinner, and Melissa and Morten made it an unforgettable evening. All the staff was friendly and helpfull. Very recomendable. Bjør Fahnøe

Noget slidt og ikke helt up to date.
Rengøring lader noget tilbage på badeværelset, sorte hår i afløbsristen, ingen træk i afløbet osv.
OK morgenmad, men heller ikke mere.

The cleaning was bad. There were old wine glasses and open candy bags in the room. The internet didn't work and neither did the TV.

Ingen information på rummet om omgivningar, Wi-Fi eller vilken tid frukosten serverades. Tv fanns men gick inte att få igång utan hjälp från personalenoch ingen svensk kanal fanns. Fint läge och vacker park.

Ett slott placerat en bit från hav, restauranger och affärer.
Slottet var fint beläget med mycket grönska och natur.
Slottets rum var helt okey men är som så många andra hotell efter en pandemi i behov av renovering.
Här finns ingen servering i dess fina trädgård utan man måste boka bord och äta inomhus vilket inte framgick då vi bokade vistelsen.
Detta ordnade sig dock men bemötandet var långt ifrån topp från början. Vi ville ha någonting smått typ smörebröd men det gick inte att ordna med. Tack och lov så löste det sig men det hade varit toppen om man kunde beställa någonting enklare och inte endast slottsmenyn med fem rätter.
Kundens önskemål är viktiga faktorer om man ska rekommendera hotellet vidare till andra.
Hotellreceptionen bjöd på bra kundservice och en mycket trevlig herre som skojade friskt. Tack! Serveringspersonalen vid restaurangen mjuknade dock upp då vi valde att äta det som vi erbjöds och drack några flaskor bubbel.
Hotellet hade en stor bassäng som vi kunde nyttja själva vilket var härligt.
Hotellfrukosten var god och kunde intas på terrassen på morgonen vilket var trevligt.
