It's located in a lovely village outside Interlaken. The staff are lovely and friendly and their restaurant serves lovely food. We would have really enjoyed the experience but the sound proof was very poor. The walls are too thin, so every time when the room next door tried to use their sink or plug chargers into the sockets, the noise was so loud that it woke us up. The beds are too short in length and you have to be shorter than 6 feet to sleep in them (I wish they have told us these in their room specifications on the website). Overall I wouldn't recommend...
This is the first time I came to review a hotel so early. I spent more than 180 Swiss francs, but it turned out to be a dormitory. The room was very small. It was impossible to put a double bed or two single beds side by side. They could only be placed in an extremely narrow room. There was no modern equipment. The hotel might think that the guests didn't need it. There was a washbasin in the middle of the room. The elevator was off duty after 19 o'clock. Regardless of the difficulty of climbing stairs in the high altitude area, the front desk was very friendly. We were told that we needed to make an appointment to go to the restaurant for dinner in the evening. We went to the public toilet. During the brewing process, we were greeted by young people who came back at night one by one and were forced to stop. If you hope to have a normal hotel room, please don't choose it first. Of course, we went to bed very early that day, which was the only benefit of enjoying it. In addition, the breakfast was OK. Facing the mountains, enjoying breakfast was a great enjoyment.
The service is excellent - they have their own kitchen with cooking utensils and dishes, so you can cook! Plus the owners are Chinese and they offer a lot of convenience. They have three chain hotels you can stay at. Overall, I highly recommend it. Great for storing luggage too.The transportation is also very convenient! Interlaken is a small town - one day is enough to see it all. The shops offer services in multiple languages.
Interlaken is very close to the West Station, with convenient transportation. The house is also beautiful, with a large kitchen on the first floor. If I had known, I would have stayed here for a few more days to radiate the surrounding areas.
