"Our stay far exceeded expectations! The location is right in the heart of the hot spring town, and it's incredibly convenient if you're driving, with free parking and EV charging stations. It's close to Wuli Spring and the Forest Park. The room itself is spacious, newly renovated in 2022, and features smart controls. It was spotlessly clean, with no overlooked corners. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were very patient and proactively explained the scenic routes around Arxan. They even helped us arrange a taxi, providing a truly thoughtful, concierge-like service. Plus, they have self-service laundry and dryers, which is a lifesaver for long trips."

"I hit my finger on their outer door. There was resistance when the door was halfway opened, but the resistance disappeared when I opened it further out, so my finger hit the marble wall behind the door heavily. After five days of pain I couldn't even touch my fingers. Now more than 20 days have passed and the nail area still hurts, affecting my work, life, mood and pain, and I haven't received any compensation. Now I can't even take a shower or wash clothes, and washing my hair with one hand is such an inconvenience, and there is no compensation at all. I was told that I would take legal action if I wanted compensation."

"The room was clean and tidy, the hotel was backed by Aershan, the air was fresh, very quiet, and the sleep was very sweet. It was along the plank road of the river park. The night view was very amazing. Crossing the river was the food street. The boss was very enthusiastic, learned that we were going to the restaurant to eat, took the initiative to send us, and told us that there was a need to return to the hotel, and called him at any time. The hotel is very cost-effective, the most commendable is the entire lobby and room, spotless."

"The location is more than 30 kilometers away from Aershan in Bailang Town. The key is that during the National Day period, Aershan’s B&Bs were all four-digit and ridiculously expensive. I would rather drive farther away and stay more comfortable. I booked two rooms and stayed there for three days. The hardware facilities were no problem. It would be nice to be more careful about hygiene. Breakfast is only for those who are full."
