It's a romantic little house by the river. Arxan is small, so staying here makes it convenient to go anywhere. Stepping outside reveals the most beautiful scenery in the entire town. I wanted to stay another night, but unfortunately, it was fully booked. Upon check-out, the owner even gave us a complimentary hot coffee – so thoughtful! The room had a few minor flaws, but with my perfect mood, they were negligible.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to both the train station and the city's government district. If you're driving, there's ample parking space within the premises. The surrounding streets have a good variety of restaurants and supermarkets, so you don't have to go far for groceries or meals. Getting to and from the station is incredibly convenient for travel, saving a good amount on overall transportation costs. The rooms are cleaned meticulously; there wasn't a single stain on the floors or in the corners of the bathroom. The bedding was clean and soft, and the heating in the room was stable. Given the large day-night temperature difference in Arxan, it was wonderfully warm inside the room. The 24-hour hot water flowed smoothly, making it incredibly comfortable to wash up and rest after a long day of travel.

No one speaks English but no one does in that area.
