The owner and her family are really great. The room was neat and clean, and since we arrived early, we were able to pick a room with a mountain view outside the window. We originally planned to stay for two nights, but due to an urgent family matter, we had to check out a day early. The owner processed our refund without any fuss, which we really appreciate.

Overall, it's ok to live. The room was very clean and quite spacious for 4 adults. Breakfast is 10 yuan per person opposite. It's relatively simple. If you go early, you'll be late and you won't have anything to eat. Disadvantages: The toilet is small, the water heater has a small water storage capacity, and the hot water is gone before the water temperature is adjusted. The faucet in the sink was not fixed and difficult to use. The room for 5 people was only given 3 pairs of slippers and 3 sets of disposable items, and the attitude was very bad when asking for them. Because we arrived after dark, the staff opened the door and left. My family and I went out again in the evening. When we came back after 11 o'clock, we went to the front desk to find the key. I was told that I had to pay a 100 deposit to get the key. The two staff members didn't tell me when I checked in. They would have given me the check-in earlier, so I wouldn't have gone around looking for someone to open the door in the middle of the night.

The guesthouse has an amazing location! It's right inside Arxan National Forest Park, just a few minutes' walk from the Tianchi transfer station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The wooden cabins were clean, cozy, and fully equipped. The owner was also incredibly welcoming and gave us some super helpful travel recommendations. We had a wonderful stay!

The hotel itself is very basic but it's normal in the country. The position is great, very close to the platform from where buses leave to go to the Park's attractions. Also there's a supermarket and several restaurants around. Don't get scared if you don't find anyone at the reception, there's a telephone number, and when they show up, they are very helping and easygoing. No one speaks English but no one does in that area.

The hotel has a warm check-in environment, free parking, and is easy to find. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and they actively help with suitcases. The rooms are very clean, the bedding is new, and it is very quiet when sleeping at night. The price is not high in this season, the cost performance is very good, it is recommended to stay

The environment is beautiful, the room is comfortable and hygienic, if I wasn't working, I would come here to live in seclusion, haha. The boss is warm and hospitable. The only thing is that Bailang Town is relatively small and there is no takeaway service. I can't go to the restaurant with my dog, so I buy it and eat in the room. There is a railway behind the room, and 4 or 5 green trains will pass by tomorrow. Friends who like to take pictures are blessed.
