DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels in Houston

The experience was quite pleasant. The members of staff who attended to our needs during our one week training were helpful and responsive to our needs. Mariam, at the reception, was willing to assist and offer help upon request. The location of the hotel and the facilities were fantastic as well. All round pleasant experience

The hotel parking lot is $ 15 per night (more expensive than the nearby parking lot). A deposit will be charged before check-in, and the front desk did not inform, it was directly deducted. Feel cheated

Very Clean hotel

It was clean and the staff were friendly and nice. However, the parking facilities are a bit inconvenient, but everything else was fine.

At this time was not good I ask for towels and blankets and cleaning lady didn't helped me with that also my baby found some illegal drugs by the bed and he's only 3 years the worst thing was that he put in his mouth thanks God I noticed and forcing to threw up. 🙁😕 was an scary time for us

The staff is very attentive and service. I like the rooms and rest. I like the beds. I'll stay for a few days.
