A 20 minute walk to Minute Maid Park and a 10 minute walk to Toyota Center. Easy commute to the medical center. Just because you're visiting the med center doesn't mean you have to stay there. Unless you enjoy the sound of ambulances. It's a 15 minute train ride or 10 minute Uber which could cost the same as parking at the med center and less of a pain in the ass. It's a seven block walk to midtown and a $7 Uber to Montrose, a 5-minute train ride to the Theater District. All the universe within a 10-minute bubble. Private location in property with no downstairs neighbors and bedroom has no shared walls. There is gated garage parking with plenty of visitor parking within the garage. If there should be a rare malfunction of the gates there is plenty of monitored street parking that is close to the unit.
