Go elsewhere! Although I had the best room available here are some thing's I know from my experience here at GVI. Some of the rooms have bedbugs, mold, roaches, and others have mice that travel throughout the walls and gain entrance into the other guest's rooms.. Some rooms have all the above. They refuse to get the hotel treated for the bedbugs which before long will spread throughout the entire hotel! I have only seen the exterminator once throughout my stay and he only spray for roaches in the halls and in the office.. He does not enter your room to spray unless you ask. You are responsible for cleaning your own room, so please bring your mop, vacuum, and cleaning supplies!!! Of course to rid the business of bedbugs there are other measures that must be taken. Anything they need to spend money to fix, the guest's take the hit. The air units in the rooms constantly breakdown while other just don'twork at all. Some rooms have television's and fridge. Others have one or the other.. Some rooms have neither.. If you ask for these appliances they get retrieved from other unoccupied rooms, which also aid in the transfer of roaches and bedbugs!!! The ever constant changing of the room rate. Each receptionist charge each guest whatever price they feel. (I heard this being discussed amongst the employers!) No guest pay the same price for their rooms. Monitor your credit and debit card charges. They do not give change if you pay with cash, so bring exact amount.

I will say that i was thankful to have somewhere to lay my head, but there is nothing to like about this property. The room was the worst room and stay I've ever had! The room was filthy! The fride, and microwave were filthy there were french fries, noodles,l and food containers under the beds. The roaches were in the fridge and restroom The entire hotel is filthy.

The Great Value Inn is inexpensive so my expectations were not so high. For the bargain price, the Great Valuet is totally acceptable and laid back.

Never go to this place, lights didnt worked, door locks didnt work, elevator didint work, room dirty, hallways dirty, excesive smell of cigarrete. It was like a reall really bad shelter!!! Had to ask for a refund immediately. It was so disgusting that i rushed my way out after carrying 4 bags through the stairs!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean no bugs.. it had hot water, clean beds, everything worked. If u just want a decent place to lay your head but not big on looks. This is a great value. It's just old and date, need work. They working 9n it.
