Good hotel with great beds in the spacious room. Breakfast was also very good. Also the service provided by the staff was so good, we were grateful with the help we got.
Only the floor in the bathroom was a bit sticky when you walked on it.

衞生差了點，煙味很重，不知道是不是沒換床單還有人體毛，有煙灰床上！我帶孩子住很討厭煙味，服務前台男的服務很難溝通，有點愚，希望好好培訓一下説話方式，不要一根筋惹客人生氣！

沒有住過這個品牌酒店，去之前難免有些忐忑，去到很驚喜，房間設計合理，佈局功能優秀，床品乾淨舒適，可惜頂樓泳池開放時間有限，我們沒趕上，不過好像要另外收費？服務員無論是帥哥美女還是阿姨大叔，都很親切友善温暖貼心，早餐完同伴們已經帶着房卡回房了，衹能請前台小哥幫忙摁電梯，有點麻煩但還是能夠理解，畢竟是出於住客安全考慮。噢噢，早餐也要特別點贊，選擇很多，味道不錯，適合各種年齡段，如果咖啡機可以正常使用就完美了。

酒店住的很舒服，酒店周邊環境超級好，還有個鶴鳴洲綠地值得一遊，酒店有個梳粧台讓人很有家的感覺，很貼心。淋浴設施非常不錯，浴巾用起來也很舒服。拖鞋有兩種，一次性和環保拖鞋。本來想用環保拖鞋，但是拆開來有股怪味，衹好轉投一次性拖鞋。房間寬敞明亮，很舒心！

來這邊旅遊，原本想定的是另外一家，但是訂錯了。結果發現還是不錯（在懷化範圍）前廳入住的時候有一個服務人員不錯，早餐的咖啡要是有鮮牛奶就更好了。
環境：高鐵過來很快，朋友給定的車，據説有接\送，毗鄰溪邊，但睡眠不好選擇了靠小區，十分安靜，睡得不錯。買外也有機器人送到門口，i人表示不尷尬很滿足。
衞生：細節不錯，地毯上沒毛髮
晚安粥:晚上回來正好看到發粥拍了一張，但減肥沒要。
服務：前台有一個好像是姓周的服務員很棒，反應及時。

路過懷化看到網上這個酒店房間很好就訂購了，一到酒店果然沒有失望，前台的小蒲和小陳服務很好很貼心，並介紹了周圍的環境、餐廳、交通，旁邊還有個小公園很適合吃完晚飯去散步，很愜意！回到房間還很貼心的送了晚安粥！房間裝修我也很喜歡空間也大！！！很推薦這家酒店哦～
