第一次的顛覆體驗，自己還是一個有共情不吹毛求疵的人，住酒店看見房間有頭髮或者食物裏有頭髮，我基本不會投訴，人家不是機器偶爾疏忽，不要為難別人，自己倒黴。這是我第一次投訴也是要投訴到底的事情，住的黃岡黃州紐賓凱套房，早上自助早餐，小朋友要吃那個甜甜圈，結果甜甜圈上有蟑螂趴着……天啦，是蟑螂！！！這樣的細菌微生物，在酒店自助早餐的甜品蛋糕上…我不知道這羣蟑螂還會出現在那裡，那個菜上，我當時就大叫了兩聲，有位服務小姐姐走過來，端走了那盤甜品，一切又恢復了正常，我不知道，那個人的免疫力低下，吃了這些不安全的食品，上吐下瀉時會分析出來就是酒店的食品安全問題，帶孩子住這樣的酒店，做母親的好自責，此刻攜程也在幫我溝通，就看現在社會監督食品安全意識了

離開多年回來，網上選的酒店。出門就是遺愛湖，風光很好，晚上散步超級舒服。酒店服務，綠化，硬件都挺不錯，值回房價。

酒店房間的風景不錯，洗澡盆水流很小，出水困難，餐廳服務有待提升，住宿的每天早餐從7點開始就已經是涼的。

酒店很大，就在湖邊，風景優美。旁邊就是充電樁，幾十個，非常方便。酒店房間乾淨整潔衞生，早餐很不錯，值得入住

床品偏硬，不太柔軟。房間蠻大，衞生間尤其大，但熱水不太穩定，放半天水才不涼。早餐一般般吧，種類不太多，下牛肉麪的服務員態度不耐煩。周邊吃喝的地方太少了。

酒店不錯，服務也很好，環境也很好，每天還有水果送，送餐都是機器人，疫情期間的士停運滴滴也打不到也是前台幫忙找的車送到車站，非常感謝酒店的工作人員，特別感謝一下小陳幫我升了房，免我搬房間的麻煩，第一次來黃岡，酒店讓我覺得很温暖，多謝啦
