酒店乾淨衞生，很上檔次，所有日用品東西都很齊全，很用心，抽屜全都放了香囊，細節決定品質，很喜歡，自駕合適

最大的亮點是安靜。園區環境優美，銀杏樓前有一個小瀑布和水潭，有鴨子游來游去。服務員都很和氣。房間大，八月初夜裡不開空調也不覺得熱。毛巾有幾點污漬，早餐比較簡單，其他都很滿意。

很有特色的酒店，城堡有國外的感覺。可惜來正好碰到疫情，部分設施也沒有開。整體説適合在休閑遊，酒店內有公園，周邊有古村和林場舊址可以散步，秋天配合紅葉可能更好看

春節來一次收走就走的旅行，就選皖南東黃山，城堡酒店非常有特色，服務也非常好，我們是第二次入住啦，還給免費升級了房型。一家的春節假期非常開心。還放了煙花哦，特別是夜空的星星超級美，真的震撼到我了。

東黃山城堡酒店周邊環境和房間設施一流，服務也很貼心。前台接待小妹妹還免費給升級了房型。床墊軟硬適中，睡着就和家裡的一樣，毫不誇張的説，這是我目前住過的所有酒店中，睡的最香的一次。第二天到屯溪住了一個五星級全國連鎖酒店，一比較，還是城堡酒店服務到位，房間佈局、設施更舒心愜意！
東黃山城堡酒店，親子旅行好去處！五星好評，值得推薦！

顏值很高的古堡酒店，風景優美，人煙稀少，深秋季節來這裏可以欣賞到銀杏黃了，楓葉紅了，還有美麗的落羽紅杉，人少景美真的像仙境一般。房間裏設施齊全，就是偶爾會有小昆蟲，畢竟在山區實屬無奈。出去吃飯的話，除了酒店自帶的餐廳，門口有家麪館，或者開車4公里左右去高速收費口附近，有幾家農家菜館。就是光明書屋和茶館都已關閉，現在不是旺季，處處是一片蕭條的景象。早餐還算豐富，現在入住的人少，已經取消了自助餐，改成桌餐了，就是稀飯，雞蛋，包子和蒸餃等。總的來説，酒店賣的不是硬件，不是服務，就是環境，沒有什麼性價比可言！畢竟房費不便宜！
