The hotel service was excellent and they were very friendly to foreigners, they really helped us with information and anything we needed for our room. The receptionist spoke excellent English. The hotel room was great for a family with split level accommodation.

入住體檢非常棒！黃山北門難得的高檔酒店 是周邊的眾多民宿住宿體驗無法比的。loft房陽台可以直接看到黃山美景。床也特別舒服。説一點改善建議：建議房間陽台和主樓房間一樣 放兩把椅子和一個茶几 喝着茶看美景贊極了。國慶期間房價漲幅也能接受 良心經營的商家。

總體來説，很不錯，空間大，舒適，早餐不算豐富，但是還不錯。
細節方面：1.帶小童的親子間三人間，牙具拖鞋等，衹有2份。2.衞生間少一塊墊腳的毛巾，最好有個臟衣籃。3.沒有潤髮乳。4.枕頭容易扁。

酒店整體環境不錯，這個十一性價比還是很高的，園林到處飄滿了桂花香味，沁人心脾。前台小尹妹妹服務也是非常細緻貼心，房間安排的非常好，退房還有伴手禮相送，非常感謝，下次有機會還會再次選擇入住！

酒店性價比很高，在黃山北門附近，酒店停車場很大，都是免費停車。與周邊酒店相比是規模最大的一家酒店。服務人員素質都挺高的，房務吳經理很熱情特別親切，給我們還送了免費的水果。房間很乾凈，床品睡的很舒服，酒店早餐非常豐富，品種比較多。點贊點贊！

環境很好，就在山腳下
定的親子房，一個1米35，一個1米8的床。
房間乾淨整潔，比較寬敞，有陽台
3號樓空調熱水器不行，前台及時更換了1號樓的房間，服務態度很好。1號樓是集中供水供暖的，不存在洗澡中途沒熱水、空調製熱不夠的問題。
每天都會送水果，整體滿意。
