The hotel service was excellent and they were very friendly to foreigners, they really helped us with information and anything we needed for our room. The receptionist spoke excellent English. The hotel room was great for a family with split level accommodation.

The hotel has an elegant environment, thoughtful service, free breakfast for children, and a box of tea at the end. It was the best hotel to stay in. If I have the opportunity to come to Huangshan again, I will choose to stay here again.

The hardware of the room feels a bit worse. I dare not use the hot water heater for taking a shower. It is not enough for one person to take a shower. There is no bathroom heater for taking a shower. The air conditioning in the room is not powerful enough. It feels quite cold. The advantage is that it is close to the north gate of Huangshan Mountain. The bed is still very big and it is quite comfortable to sleep. Because the lady at the ticket booking front desk was also very enthusiastic to explain and provide help.
