住過幾次，也是沒辦法，本地人説是化州最好的酒店的，設備很老，這個沒什麼，但是隔音太差太差了！
環境：如果你想安穩睡覺，不建議住，視頻能聽出，早上6-10點，我不斷被吵醒，根本不能入睡，跟前台反饋，叫阿姨過來確認，阿姨也確認了，但是令我驚訝的是並沒有任何迴應或者處理方法或者賠償，這讓我很意外！一個酒店，如果睡眠質量這個方面做不好，我覺得匪夷所思！

這次預訂這家酒店 實在太失望了😭😭😭，價格在該市的酒店中偏高，然而酒店的設施陳舊，樓層有一股黴味，房間的黴味很重。入住時枕頭有一根頭髮，長約8釐米,忘了拍照片……淋浴房是感應燈，洗澡時突然間燈不亮了😭被嚇到😟水温不熱……

每年回家祭祖都住星河灣，今年吃盡苦頭，酒店被子與枕頭不知多久沒有清洗消毒過，整晚莫名其妙的不知被什麼蟲子咬，足足一晚沒睡，第二天還要開車跑長途，以後還能相信星河灣嗎，無語，管理***差了！！

房間一般，關鍵服務極差，前台不知道牛B什麼？對詢問極其敷衍不耐煩，入住時發現房間床單不乾淨要求更換，服務員大過年一付要吵架架勢不情願，非説我們睡過，剛剛才入住睡你妹啊！
