中秋高速太塞了，下來避避高峯期。惠東縣這家比較貴點，想着應該不錯。但是雙床房500多，有點不值得。房間裏還好，走廊空調都沒開，熱死了。早餐品種不算很多，味道也還可以改善。

哈哈，肯定沒想到我們訂了兩間房，我可以把不滿發佈兩件次。很少給差評的。結果一次給了兩個。
10點結束早餐，但是9:10到餐廳，什麼都沒有，問服務員也沒有人去加。無奈點了一碗河粉，調料碗裏沒有葱了，讓加葱回覆在另外一個地方有，結果裏面的葱都是乾枯的。
之前不理解，看着在當地比較高大上的酒店，為什麼評分會這麼差，現在知道了。服務意識太差。

非常感謝酒店工作人員拾金不昧🫶🏻我們大頭蝦不小心把ipad遺留在房間退房開車走了，酒店打來電話通知回來領還，回來酒店得知他們領導要嘉獎清潔工人，真的非常nice，非常感恩工作人員。而且出乎意料我們就是高速路上很累半夜找了酒店入住，得知半夜來店還能延遲退房🥹廣東服務真的好好，我來到廈門的酒店打電話兩家都不允許，雖然我們也是十二點退房了哈哈😆不過酒店服務無論硬件方面都很好。下次路過再來。

酒店硬件一直維護很好，軟件服務也非常到位。國慶酒店房間很爆，這次出遊前台的王瑾女士知道我們有老有小一大家人入住，當即幫我們升級將房間放在同一樓層，還一一介紹了酒店的周邊遊玩環境和娛樂設施，讓家人各取所需，玩得開心，吃得豐富，睡得安逸。希望酒店會一如既往的好！

酒店絕對是華美達裏高配，裝修細節做的很好，大堂氣派，房間裏的遮光做的非常好，這點上比很多更高定位的酒店做的好的多。服務熱情，酒店工作人員見面都會問好。尤其要感謝前台兩位工作人員的幫助，一次是小孩弄不見了玩具，幫忙把三部電梯都檢查了一遍，一次是遺漏了東西，不到10分鐘就電話提醒，完美解決了。。
