衞生乾淨，設施齊全，就是有些老舊，應該是開的年頭多的原因吧？吃飯方便，周邊飯店挺多，也比較便宜，150元的雙人套餐能吃的很好。

房間乾淨衞生，居住很舒適，交通便利，阿姨打掃衞生也很仔細，離店是落了褲子，後面聯繫後，前台善良的小姐姐還特意幫忙尋找，找到後快遞給我，惠州人民真好！下次還住這裏

酒店位置不錯，去附近景點都比較近，周邊吃飯的地方比較近，生活方便。有自助洗衣房。就是停車位比較少。早餐品種不多。

房間比較陳舊，面積也窄。窗户衹能開很小一條縫，通風不好，還是12月底房間裏都很悶熱。房間臨街晚上比較吵。自駕過來的，停車位很少。

是開業比較早的維也納，但大堂和房間確實都很寬敞，關鍵是房價性價比很高，住起來很舒服，周邊各種小吃店也很多，生活便利。
美中不足是，距離西湖不是很近，步行比較遠，惠州又完全沒有共享單車和摩託，這一點有點可惜。
