The hotel lobby generally smells nice, is spacious and bright, and connects directly to the mall. The room's soundproofing is good. When there were noisy, drunk guests next door, they immediately helped me change rooms. Breakfast isn't as good as it used to be. Found a hidden gem of a BBQ restaurant though! 😃 A taxi there costs 12 yuan.

We booked a 42㎡ room with a 2-meter king-size bed through Ctrip. However, the young man at the front desk, either by mistake or some other reason, gave us a smaller room, less than 42㎡, with only a 1.8-meter bed. I initially thought of letting it slide since it was just for one night. But when I was bathing my child later that evening, I found a cigarette butt in the shower, which was absolutely disgusting. I immediately reported it to the service center. The duty manager that day was excellent; they promptly moved us to a different room, upgrading us to a suite on the 58th floor. However, the overall check-in experience was far from satisfactory. I've never encountered a hotel where a previous guest's cigarette butt was left behind in the bathroom. Regardless of the price or hotel tier, such a mistake is inexcusable. This truly reflects a lack of hotel management: cleaning standards are a sham, room inspections are perfunctory, and even the most basic hygiene cannot be guaranteed. No matter how luxurious the lobby or how beautiful the night view, I will not choose this hotel again.
