下訂單之前和酒店確定好了房型和位置才下單的，看到有的酒店同户型價格便宜40%，考慮到衞生和服務方面，還是選擇了這裏。但入住後並沒有覺得它值的貴40%吧。我們選的房間挺大的，位置也還不錯。但主要就是衞生很差，地板不知道多久沒拖了，叫了阿姨過來打掃衞生，也衹是拿掃把掃一下。照片裏有洗衣機，實際上沒有的，問酒店怎麼辦，她也衹是説沒有就説有。然後就是浴缸是壞的，漏水。熱水器的水超級小，所以就是洗澡是個很大的問題，浴缸不能蓄水，淋浴水又特別小。給大家提個建議，入住前要和酒店強調下自己的需求，確認好了才入住。比如是否有相關電器，衞生方面，淋浴設施方面。確認好了後覺得自己能忍受再下單吧

已經多次入住了，試過不同户型，根據一起旅行人數，不過都是要了180度海景房，景色很好，整體格局都不錯，選擇合適的房型距離海灘和美食街的遠近都有不同，這次住在三棟，方便極了，去海灘出入口五分鐘不到，背後就是美食街出口，去哪都方便，不過衞生有待加強，希望下次去可以看到更整潔的入住環境。

體驗感太差了！！最好都別來！！
説好停車場收費最多15一天，進出幾分鐘都扣五塊了，睡醒一輛車又扣了50，找管家也沒人理你。
停車庫門反鎖，開不了，出不去，找管家，也沒人理你🥲🥲
晚上燒烤，外面的太陽燈不夠亮，找管家，都要等一個多鍾，不多願意理你，燒焦了都看不清，燈太暗，床小，衞生差
訂之前，問了，離海邊遠不遠，跟我説很近，走路幾分鐘。我們去到，走了半個鍾！！！別信他門，都是騙人的！！
很多玻璃茶具類，易碎物品在裏面外面的桌子上，小朋友多的，太危險了，畢竟一不小心就會摔爛，賠錢！

這次去的惠州小徑灣，離深圳開車1個多小時，我們訂的聽海軒，結果第一次跑錯了位置，走到了觀海軒酒店式公寓，小區環境挺不錯，周邊商業街有吃的豐富，離沙灘也近，對面就是沙灘，附近還有萬象影院，挺適合親子游或是小情侶約會的，安安靜靜，綠道跑步也方便，出門就是，唯一的缺點，停車費有點貴，60一晚，需要自己單獨付費。

訂的都不是圖片的那種房型，訂的4房，給的是3房，還在確認的時候就把四房給了別人，而且衞生很差，傢俱簡陋，住了那麼多次別墅，最差這次，體驗感非常不好。而且用他們的燒烤爐還要另外加200元
