老闆人挺好，但是房間真的差，雖然乾淨，又潮又寒。爛的排插，巨冷的床，我得穿羽絨服睡覺，且完全不隔音，隔壁幾個兄弟三四點不睡覺嘰嘰喳喳的我也別想睡覺吵死了，電梯都聲音也聽得清清楚楚，很痛苦的一晚

地理位置較好，門口有公交站，步行至惠州學院正門約5分鐘，無疑是距離惠院最近的旅店。
房間設施齊全，非常乾淨衞生，熱水充足。東面臨街房間雖略有路噪，但可見湖景，視野開闊。
老闆認真盡責。客觀來説確實是超預期。
