Heating function failure in the hotel and it was cold all night. I had to ask the front desk 5-6 times and send us a small heater to use, but that was not warm enough for us.

第一次住萬達的酒店，感覺實在是太差了。
入住前和前台説要安靜的房間，前台説這個房型在樓兩側靠小區很安靜。沒想到邊上就是一條馬路晚上都是貨車，有種直接睡在路上的感覺。
延遲退房至15點:11點多客房部就有人來敲門要打掃，門口還掛着勿擾的提示。

跟老公再三考慮選的地方，地理位置好交通方便，酒店前台待客很熱情主動，服務周到，樂於提供各種幫助。房間非常整潔乾淨很舒適，環境優美，酒店在繁華地段，一點不覺得會吵鬧，隔音效果很好

惠州首家萬達酒店 於是就來了 高速下來5分鐘就到了 交通很便利 停車很方便 室內室外都可以停 可以去前台掃停車碼消停車費 前台工作人員禮貌問好並幫忙拿行李 給人很親切的感覺 服務點贊 酒店大堂很輝煌 大堂logo聽前台工作人員叫momo 很特別 房間以簡約灰色調為主 給人沉穩大氣的感覺 房間乾淨整潔 洗護用品很好聞 1樓有洗衣機 烘乾機 健身房都是自助的 24小時供應 早餐很豐盛 自助餐廳 吃的很好很飽 房間還有咖啡送 可以讓前台幫忙送到房間 對於幾百塊的價格而言性價比很高 第一次入住體驗感非常不錯 下次會推薦給朋友來入住 特別表揚前台小張服務熱情 態度很好 👍

星級酒店體驗感最差的一次
1.晚上辦理入住往電梯口走時一股噁心的油腥味，差點讓我馬上想要退房不住了
2.房間設施比較簡單，被子起皺睡得特別不舒服，皮膚還有點癢。抽紙也才放一個，細節服務做的不好。落地窗還可以，外面景色一般。
3.隔音效果差，馬路上的汽車聲音叫了一晚沒怎麼睡，大早上還被敲牆的聲音吵醒！！！
4.早餐可以吃一點，但種類少不豐富，有點low（果汁都沒有），旁邊其它旅客抱怨星級收費，三流標準。
對萬達酒店特別沒好感的一次體驗，還不如住附近的亞朵或者希爾頓歡朋！

設施：整體配套還算不錯；
衞生：淋浴間進去有積水，不知道是退房沒處理好還是啥原因，體驗感極差；地板和桌子很油沒有清潔乾淨
環境：環境還行，靠大馬路邊房型會有點吵，車輛行駛的聲音，換了窗户也沒用
服務：可以説除了説話比較客氣，沒有啥服務可言吧，前台衹有一人，辦理入住太慢，沒有提醒已升房型，申請延遲退房後清潔阿姨還會自己開門進來，極度不舒適。退房後沒有主動提醒有沒停車免除費用。希望加強服務培訓！
