The room had one large bed and a sofa bed. The staff were patient and friendly. The hotel is just across the road from the beach, so you can take a walk in the morning. However, there was a large, clearly visible yellow stain on the pillow, so remember to bring your own disposable bedding.

The duvet and sheets felt a bit old and had a slight, unpleasant smell. The bathroom wasn't well-ventilated and also had a bit of an odor. Soundproofing was decent, probably because there weren't many guests, so no one was next door. The cakes and pasta at the downstairs restaurant were delicious, and the Korean fried chicken was really good – a must-order! Breakfast was also good, with hot Americano coffee available. The beach across the street was a bit dirty. Overall, for a transit hotel, it's pretty much what you'd expect. We waited quite a while for the airport pickup because it was a shared shuttle, which is understandable. The morning drop-off to the airport for our flight to another island was very quick.

The airport pick-up was smooth; just look for the H78 sign and head straight there. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The minivan was clean, and the driver proactively helped with luggage. We arrived in about 10 minutes. The room was neat and tidy, with a balcony offering direct sea views. The restaurant on the first floor has a great atmosphere, and all the hotel staff were professional and enthusiastic.

The hotel's service was impeccable. They picked us up from the airport and even confirmed our next hotel arrangements before dropping us off at the pier. Truly excellent service; every staff member had a cheerful smile. The hotel is right on the beach, and the environment is lovely. Breakfast was also very good. The only downsides were that the room was a bit small and the facilities were average, plus the air conditioning was quite noisy.
