The location of the room is not good. I don’t know what noise is very noisy in the morning~ The carpet in the room is dirty, there are only disposable slippers, and the glass door can’t be washed if the glass door is closed. There was no drainage. The floor of the toilet was wet all night, and the disposable slippers were also wet. You can only wear your own shoes to go to the toilet. There is a bit of water inside and outside the toilet and the tiles are slippery. Adults and children almost fell. This is really bad~ The attitude of the front desk was not good. The children put the airplane model on the sofa in the door and took a look. The front desk said a lot. Children over two years old should not understand well, but they were a little frightened by this posture. Mom should tell me to lose money~ It is recommended that children touch things that are about to break with a glass cover, or put a warning sign, which is easy to be damaged and touched by mistake~

挺驚訝的 東西太齊全了 房間也很大 體驗感不錯 下回還會入住。

房間真的是出乎意料的好，各種物品特別齊全且貼心，什麼剪刀、針線包！指甲刀、洗衣液等等等，真的是一應俱全，太貼心了，房間裏的暖氣還挺暖和，房間又大又寬敞，還有自助早餐！唯一不足就是廁所門應該往馬桶的反方向開，水龍頭再長一點！

心情由如過山車般的住店體驗，晚上入住的時候告知沒房間了，給我主動升的套房。我告知服務員2015年初，我就曾出差入住過，時隔多年，我還是選擇你們家，就是覺得你們房間好，服務好。 結果，第二天中午12點剛過，就告訴我必須退房，我説攜程上是14點，而且我點的外賣馬上就到了，可以吃完再走嗎？答覆，不行。那給我換個哪怕沒打掃的標間讓我吃完飯？答覆，不行。你可以到會議室呆著等。我覺得這不是待客之道。作為一個一年在外差旅有200多天的人，十餘年了，這個店得做法特別不好。另外説一聲，也許是天氣原因，酒店從一樓大廳到住的房間門口，全是下水道般的反臭，前台説是旁邊飯店影響。

本來覺得性價比什麼都挺好的，走的時候跟我搞一出浴袍上有血漬讓我賠，我服了，雖然最後讓我走了，還是沒有説明血哪來的。一個人住，又沒有受傷。現在越想越氣，那我能不能理解，你們把前面有污漬的東西，給後面的住客用？ 第一時間不想到，這是哪來的，就要我賠錢，還説可以少賠點。我直接拒絕了，沒有的事憑什麼讓我背鍋。

由於目前正在裝修，白天確實有不少噪音，相信下次來的時候已經裝修完畢了。 酒店給我們幾個送了些小禮物作為補償。

乾淨衞生床和枕頭很舒服熱水也一直有服務員有求必應每次來海拉爾都住這裏很不錯
