這個賓館坐落在呼瑪縣最繁華的人民廣場跟前，很雜亂，沒有停車的地方，晚上11點之前睡不好覺，很吵。進到賓館內，一個很小的吧枱，兩邊放着很多小學生的書包，不知道是幹嘛用的，應該是個家庭賓館，房間數量大概八九間左右，他們自家人也住在這裏，大概三四間左右。上到二樓，到處也是很亂，放的都是晾曬的床單被罩等雜物，衹有房間門口能過人。賓館的吧枱和走廊樓梯經常是黑着燈，衹有入住登記的時候是開着燈的，其他時間你出來進去時都是黑燈瞎火的，房間很簡陋，但床上用品看起來還是很乾凈的。登記的時候房間內的空調遙控器需要現領，早上七點左右，年紀老的老闆娘會很早的敲門窗大聲的喊你讓關掉空調，説外面水桶滿了！房間門很難關，如果一不小心沒關好門，老的老闆娘就會大聲和你説讓你關掉空調。如果跟她理論不想關空調，他就會有一個年輕的男的老闆出來吹鬍子瞪眼，像***的打手一樣，問你想幹嘛！好像要打架的樣子！不過，年輕的女老闆娘對人還是很客氣的！喜歡睡懶覺的人，如果起的稍微晚一點，會沒水洗臉，因為他們把水已經關掉了！
