When checking in at the front desk, the shuttle bus was also waiting outside the door. After checking in, we were sent to the downstairs of the room where we stayed. The staff also helped us take the luggage off the car and put it all the way to the room. When checking out, there is no need to go to the front desk. I called a shuttle bus and returned the room card directly to the shuttle bus driver. The driver took us directly to the parking lot, put the luggage on the car, and said goodbye to us warmly. Every staff member I dealt with when living in the resort greeted me with a smile and a kind tone.
