The hotel is located in a beautiful valley surrounded by hills and bamboo forests. Our room was clean and newly furnished. We especially loved the hot tub on our private terrace with its stunning view — we even watched the stars from there.
Having breakfast while watching the giraffes was a truly unique experience. You can even feed them with carrots, which was a lot of fun.
Manager Xiao Wang was very kind and helpful. She arranged a late checkout for us and also provided a QR code for giraffe food.
Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable stay!

The view, location, accommodation and of course giraffes and all animals are perfect! We were staying in a 2 beds family suite on the third floor. If you want to get the best view, choose the highest floor! Big thanks to our butler Xiao Li who answered on all our questions. All the stuff was very polite and helpful.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel located right inside the park with a giraffe farm — and it was truly an unforgettable adventure! 🌿🦒
The area is huge, full of animals and various activities for children — a real paradise for a family vacation! ❤️ The animals are well cared for and clearly live in comfortable conditions.
Our room was very clean and cozy. A huge thank-you to the staff — everyone was so attentive, polite, and always ready to help！They explained everything clearly and with a smile 😊思思管家always help a lot!
A special mention goes to the drivers who spent the whole day taking guests around the park — they did an amazing job! Always friendly and cheerful 🚐✨
The evening campfire show was pure magic — such a wonderful atmosphere and truly heart-warming impressions 🔥
And one more lovely detail: there’s a photo studio on site where you can take three family pictures for free! 📸💖

We was there over the weekend. very nice, well maintained facility. The animals are beautiful and look happy. In the evening there was a campfire and a magic show. Butler Service SiSSY 思思 was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you 🌷

Very unique hotel which I can call “safari hotel”. You can have close encounters with giraffes, monkeys, meerkats, capibaras for unforgettable memories. The photoshoot provided by the hotel is also very satisfying. I recommend this place to all animal lovers.

Very nice and cozy family and children friendly resort hotel. Selling point is breakfast with giraffe (so we no need go Africa for wild life). All staffs very friendly, especially our housekeeper Sisi, 謝謝我們管家思思的貼心服務。all animal have be take care nicely. Our room price inclusive all park entrance except some paid service, for example interactive with CapyBara, archery, flying fox game.

Hotel is situated in a forested area so food options are limited, however is a bonding with nature. Giraffe is the highlight, you can feed in the day and also during breakfast. The breakfast dinning is an open area which giraffe can stretch their head in. Plenty of play activities for the children. Hotel Restaurant food is good and price is almost same as surrounding, hence more convenient to eat in the hotel. Package comes with photography session. Photographer is good, patience and cater to your needs. Additional photos purchase is reasonable and most important is the pictures taken are nice and natural. Overall the hotel provide excellent service and ensure your experience is fun and memorable.

We had a wonderful family time in giraffe manor, breakfast while feeding giraffe is amazing. The animals and zoo is super nice, some animals I have never seen so close. Sisi the butler was of great help too! Definitely a must if you live in Shanghai like with young kids! Worth the price!
