Iberostar Selection Santa Eulalia Ibiza - Adults Only

Fabulous adults only hotel. Everything is pristine. The staff are all really lovely. Too many names to mention, so apologies if I didn’t name you personally. Ellis & Kevin in the bar very customer service focused and Carlos & Abraham on reception too.

Amazing holiday! Absolutely cannot fault our stay. Hotel spotless, staff so professional, attentive and friendly. Food lovely. Complimentary drinks and snacks at poolside a lovely touch. Rooms very nice and exceptionally clean, staff go above and beyond expectations. Truly a place to switch off and relax.

An amazing stay ! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is so caring, the location is perfect, everything is calm and cute ! The room was very confortable and with an amazing lightning and view. The breakfast was good I love my stay and would definitely go back ! Much as gracias !

My husband and I arrived here on Easter Sunday to overcast skies and strong winds but we were greeted with a welcome drink and a smile from the friendly staff. We are staying in room 524, a side sea view Star Prestige room, on a HB basis. We are having a lovely holiday. The weather has improved daily and we now have a suntan. The hotel is so relaxing. Excellent meals, a clean and comfortable bedroom, (free safe included) and a great view from the balcony. Star Prestige is excellent value. We have stayed in a few Iberostar hotels but this is the first time we decided to upgrade to this service. The rooftop pool is a calm and tranquil space with comfortable sunbeds and an open bar. Alcoholic drinks are available until 7pm but hot drinks and soft drinks until 10pm. Snacks are available twice daily and include small, fresh sandwiches and a delicious sweet treat, such as tarte au citron. Crisps and nuts are always available. The pool is cold but refreshing. If you aren't in Star Prestige, the main pool is also lovely. Seafront location in a quiet, residential area. We have walked into Santa Eulalia (50 mins) and Es Canar is only 20 minutes away on foot. Both can be accessed by a coastal path or along a straight main road with clear footpaths. We took a bus into Ibiza Town which cost about 15 euros for two adults on a return basis. Worth a visit! Santa Eulalia is a really beautiful resort - refined and interesting. It reminds me of Puerto Pollensa in Majorca but it has more to offer. Two sandy bays, a long promenade lined with pleasant cafes and a huge harbour. Please don't hesitate to book this hotel. Every member of staff is friendly and polite. The hotel smells lovely too! We cannot fault our stay. Thank you to everyone. Sad to be leaving tomorrow but I'm sure we will return to this island.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel more, we had a fantastic 10 day stay. Everything from check in to check out was perfect and made us so relaxed. Especially cannot praise the staff more who made the stay so brilliant and are a huge credit to the hotel. The team at the pool bar were particularly excellent and worked in the heat all day serving drinks and always with such friendliness, getting to know us and our orders so quickly! The pool was perfect and at 1.4m throughout it was brilliant for non-confident swimmers. The evening entertainment was also great and the team always did so much to make it fun and enjoyable - Diego especially was so hard working and friendly. The food was brilliant and a great variety each evening to cater for everyone’s tastes. Would highly recommended to anyone and will definitely keep on the list to return to!

The hotel was beautiful, but wanted.£ 500 more for a disabled suite ,but were very good with supplying items I asked for at no extra charge the safes were free ,got a bed everyday there ,but there was a certain young lady there in the restaurant her name was Doaa, very attentive got to know us and always remembered our room number when down for breakfast and evevning meal ,a very attentive young lady

I felt compelled to write this review. I stayed at the Iberostar Santa Eulalia with my mam 14th-21st July (the same week of the European heatwave!) as Half Board. This was our first time staying in an Iberostar and my mam has already said that the next time we book up a holiday she wouldn’t go anywhere else but Iberostar! HOTEL The hotel itself was immaculate and well kept with a modern but classy Ibizan look. We were provided with a complimentary glass of cava on arrival at check in which made us feel so welcome! We had a late flight so late check in and were initially informed that the restaurant was closed, however the staff arranged a reservation for us at 11pm and had put aside a few bits for us to have, which I feel just sums up the staff’s thoughtfulness and attentiveness to their customers. I enquired about upgrading to the Star Prestige as heard wonderful things about it but was told the hotel was at 95% capacity so unfortunately there was no availability. In hindsight, this worked out well for both my mam & I, as we’re not big alcoholic drinkers and felt, for us, it wouldn’t have been beneficial upgrading to All Inclusive (extra €50pp per day) or Star Prestige (roughly an extra €75pppd). I would, however, suggest it to others wanting to stay who like a drink or two and want to feel a bit classy! The hotel is very eco friendly with free refill water stations held on every level, allowing you fill up water bottles/jugs whenever you like. Tip: I would recommend bringing your own vacuumed insulated water bottle to reuse to keep the water colder for longer but the hotel does provide the option to buy one. If I’d thought about it before I came, I would have brought along my Chilly’s bottle! There are lounge areas throughout the pool bar/spa level with TVs and games tables e.g. table tennis, snooker & darts. There’s also a 24/7 gym next to the spa. The nearest beach is a 2 minute walk, although I would recommend getting a 10 minute taxi (approx €10) to the Santa Eulalia marina and use the beach there instead as it it’s much nicer and larger too. RESTAURANT The restaurant is huge and caters for many different cultures and dietary needs e.g. lactose free milk. There were different themed dinner nights such as Moroccan, Mediterranean, Fish and Japanese to name a few but there was always the standard options like pizza, pastas, chips, chicken nuggets, salads etc. for fussy eaters like me! The servers are very efficient with removing used plates and asking if you want fresh water or drink refills. There was an odd occasion where I would ask for a particular food to be replenished and it would be within a matter of seconds! The restaurant has staggered dining times which prevented overcrowding and enabled easy access to food with less queuing. The only thing I would suggest would be use of fans/air con to make the area a bit more pleasant while eating inside. It could have been that as Brits we just simply were not used to that weather with

Loved this hotel!! It was so clean and new. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, all of them! The food was fantastic, a great selection. The pool area was fab, we were only half board yet every afternoon complimentary cocktails were brought round by the bar staff. Pool towels were free, safe was free, fridge was free, filtered water on every floor was free, a rarity in most Spanish hotels! The only slight disappointment is the location. There is nothing around you. We walked into Santa Eulalia along the costal path which took us one hour, you could only do this walk in daylight, and it was extremely difficult to get a taxi in the evening. It’s a shame the hotel cannot put on a shuttle bus because that would of made the experience perfect. That aside I would definitely go back to Iberostar Selection.

We stayed here for 5 nights in July for our anniversary. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Pros - great atmosphere - good entertainment - good food - air con in room really quiet - friendly and welcoming staff - nice temperature in the pool - walkable to cala pada, which has a lovely beach and a nice restaurant. You can get the ferry from there - gave out free drinks in the afternoon and cava at breakfast on one of the days Cons - very very very small room, I think if we had stayed longer than the 5 nights we would have needed something much bigger. We stayed in a sea view. - air con in main restaurant wasn’t very good so it was pretty hot eating there - pool bar didn’t really do any food - beach nearest hotel not that nice - couldn’t really sit on the balcony late afternoon/ early evening as it was in direct sunlight and very hot - could only get pool/ beach towels at certain times in the day, so if you arrive outside those times you will be without a towel for a while The hotel grew on me over our stay and I think we would return but would need to see if there are larger rooms available.
