It was great experience to me.breakfast buffet was very tasty.mr.Arjun was very nice overall experience was very good 😊 thanks to Arjun.swiming pool was very neat and clean but room AC not working.muskitos also come to my room . Travel desk assistant was very good

The hotel was good especially the food was great and Mr Bhuvanesh in restaurant was kind and caring . Over all the stay was pleasant . Worth for money It was unforgettable. Thank you all staffs and ***agement. Have a great day. Restaurants menu was also good

Booked 2 Private Suites - In each unit we were surprised to find 2 big rooms which could easily accommodate 3 guests! There is a bed in the lounge area. And a double bed in the bedroom. Hotel is quite close to the Periyar shuttle bus stop. An auto rickshaw which can easily accommodate 3 pax charged ₹50/- to drop us there. Food at the Cinnamon Restaurant in the hotel was very good. We tried the local fish curry which was delicious! We also used the Spa facility for foot massages which was relaxing after the long Nature Walk in the Periyar National Park. A reply from the hotel would have been appreciated. I had asked if 3 people could be accommodated in the room but I did not receive any reply at all. In fact the auto reply was ridiculously irrelevant. I need not have booked 2 units. One would have been sufficient.

1st of all thanks to bhuvanesh service. He provided excellent service and hospitality.. Stayed two nights in this property rooms were neat and clean Food was good.. Last minute Bhuvanesh arranged cake and decorations at night for my friends anniversary. Thanks to bhuvanesh and team.

Good courteous people at the reception . Food was excellent. They are known for their hospitality. Bhuvanesh has taken personal attention to us. Menu is of wide spread and tasty The GAVI forest visit arranged by front office is very much enjoyable. They have lot of patience to show us the wild animals enroute to gavi forest. Excellent insights into forest mountain trekking and food served there.

It's a hotel and not a resort. Everything was good. Rooms were big. Food was also very good. Staff here was very cooperative specially the restaurant staff. View was also nice. It was very near to Periyar National Park. Swimming pool was tidy.

Food served in restaurant was authentic, tasty, fresh, and had homemade taste. Thanks Bhuvanesh for restaurant services. You were very kind with my kid. Thanks Arjun for in-dining experience. Overall stay at Sterling was good. Room size is big. Mam at the front desk helped us with ticket booking.
