天竜川が一望できる、広くてとても清潔なお部屋でした。ゆたんぽまで入れていただいた寝具がとても気持ちよかったです。最寄り駅まで送迎してくださり、一人旅でも部屋食ができ、周囲を気にせず食事ができてありがたかったです。お風呂はお客が少なかったせいか、ほとんど一人で大浴場を独占して入れました。大浴場にはシャンプーやコンディショナーはもちろん、ヘアトリートメントやオールインワンジェルなどが揃っていて、至れり尽くせり。温泉の後にルームサービスでお願いした生ビールをおいしく堪能できて大満足でした。 他の方の口コミにもありましたが、夕食はとてもおいしかったのですが、量が（個人差があるでしょうが、私にとっては）多くて、お品書きがあったのであと何が出てくるのかはわかりましたが、お品書きから量まではわからないので、まずはどれも少しずついただき、でも極力残したくなかったので、この日は昼食をセーブしていたにも関わらず、最後は自分の限界に挑戦する気分でした。夕食は「量が少な目コース」があればもっと堪能できたかも、と思います。ちなみに、写真は出された全てのお料理ではなく、一番最初に持ってきていただいたお料理です。 朝食は２階のお部屋で一人でいただきました。こちらも豪華で、とてもご飯おかわりまではたどり着きませんでした。コーヒーではなくお茶だけだったのが残念。あと部屋により差があるのかもしれませんが、私の部屋ではインターネットがいかにも弱々しく、パソコンでやりたいことがあったけれど、とても駄目であきらめました。部屋毎のネット環境をチェックしていただければなあと思います。

とても良い滞在でした。この時期なので人も少なかったですが、気に入って使われている方が多いようです。コロナ禍では、通常時と違うことも多いのでしょうけれど、今後またつかわせてもらいたいと思わされました。 予約のお部屋からアップグレードしていただいたようで、リバービューの素晴らしい眺めのお部屋でした。空調は新しいものが入っていて、温度管理も自分でできて、暖かく休むことができました。寝具も快適です。 夕食はお食事処での食事ではなく、空いている客室を食事部屋として使わせていただき、前菜以外は温かいものをこまめに運んでくださいました。感染対策にも非常に気を遣われています。少し味は強めですが、工夫があって楽しい食事でした。 朝食は広間ですが、しっかり間隔をとってあって安心して食事できます。すんきそばがおいしかったですし、信州みそのお味噌汁もよかったです。 若いスタッフの皆さんが多くて、スマートながら細やかに気を配って下さり、今後も楽しみです。お花の栽培で有名な地区だそうですが、館内にも素晴らしいアレンジメントがたくさん飾ってあります。
