Opus Apart Hotel

Family friendly Hotel and apartments complex. All equipped with large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tv, aircon, balcony, everything you need especially with children. Large swimming pool and a kiddies pool. Excellent staff, bar and restaurant where they cannot do enough for you! Love coming here time and again. (Hare leaving 😢)

Second time in kusadasi, stayed at the Opus apartments would definitely go back there,staff very helpful, food was lovely and reasonable. Wasn't too far from Centrum but we got a taxi down and back good prices between 50 and 80 tl. Nice pool plenty of sunbeds, lovely gardens with seating. Can't say anything bad about the place everyone was lovely a couple of noisy guests a couple of nights but that only lasted a few minutes 😅

What an absolute fantastic place, been coming for a few years now and I personally would not wish to stay anywhere else, from as soon as you arrive the service is impeccable whether you are travelling alone, with friends or family 100 would not stay anywhere else it's like home from home your actually not a guest your part of a wonderful family well don Burhan Özazman and family for just being perfect hosts😁😁

Second year staying in the Opus Gardens with wife and 4 Children. Even better than last year. Apartments Amazing Pool Amazing Food Amazing Atmosphere Amazing Can’t recommend enough. We will never stay anywhere else while holidaying in Kusadasi.

Stayed at Opus with my son for week and it was an amazing experience. From entering the hotel, all the way to our final night everyone was so welcoming, kind and polite. The hotel has a lovely large pool, restaurant and bar with games to play in the same area. The food is faultless and very reasonably priced in my opinion, with options to cater for anyone. The whole place is immaculately clean and there’s just a friendly, warm atmosphere about the place that’s so hard to find. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable, we can’t wait to return.

Always 5/5 for us! We came in August and also returned in October 2022. Home from home. Such a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Great food and drink too. Always got sun loungers and always found a place to relax in the gardens if wanted. Massage man always great, had one every other day. So cheap and worth the relaxation. Staff work very hard, all of them!

Stayed here in august family of three . Have been coming here the past 4 years but I have found that the standards had dropped this year unfortunately. I’ll start with the pros first of all. The room were perfect fully equipped with everything we needed . Great air con as it was very hot! Staff were excellent make you feel like family ! Ben I think one of the owners very nice man always makes us feel welcome . Great location just beside the bus station plenty of super markets near by and a great food and clothes market just across the road. Now for the cons. The hotel was very crowded this year and the pool never felt clean I had only seen them cleaning it a handful of times within the two weeks that we had stayed which was very unfortunate. Their is no entertainment at all in the hotel which makes it very boring at night so we went out to centrum a lot which is a shame as if they provided entertainment it would make us stay in the hotel . Food was the main let down it was awful !! Every other year the food was amazing ! Chips coming out raw every time ! No taste at all the in the dishes . Waited almost an hour for my main dish one night which came out completely wrong was then sent back out and was cold so I complained and they took it back and heated it up in the microwave!, I think the owners need a new chef he hasn’t a clue how to cook!! Loads of people at the hotel saying the food was terrible so not just myself ! The hotel was very busy and did not have enough staff anything that we asked for had taken a long long time to arrive . Unfortunately I will not be retuning as food is a min part of my holiday and with the food being that bad it has put me off retuning !!

So we had booked this through Airbnb and the host had sent us fake photos of the bathroom and kitchen . We had trouble contacting him and he didn't come to the hotel. He then cancelled the reservation leaving us with nowhere to stay !! The hotel staff were great. They found us a room and moved us to another one the next day. I found they had a good choice of food on the menu, felt it was reasonably priced and cooked well (especially the calamari) the Pina colada's were great too ! Lol The pool and gardens were nice. There was free table football and a pool table. It was near the bus station and the rooms were dated ( we knew that and were only staying 3 nights as we had travelled from İzmir and were on our way to Bodrum) All the staff were friendly and helpful and we were very grateful to them .

Stayed here for 11 Days, very friendly vibe’s from Ben and all the staff and guests. Stayed in new buildings very impressed with everything . Food and service on site very good, Guest who have being going there for years, make you very welcome. Our new place to go to. Really enjoyed our stay.
