We payed a good amount to stay here and de acomodations are good, but don't offer some kind of dish to warm some food in the microwave and wait almost 1 hour to replace the empty coffe bottle is very bad! We see costumers wating about 15 minutes for an empty table. Honestly, I don't recommend!

Pool was great and morning breakfast was fantastic. Otherwise, getting there was difficult from the ferry, and they have limited lunch/dinner options. It's far from the town so your option is to taxi/bus it to town, or go to the mercado next door to grab food and they look down at you for eating at the pool.

The hotel has a hot tub and heated pool that are beautiful. Conveniently located in front of a beach and about a 15 minute walk uphill to a very nice beach as well. After your check out time you can still use the pool there and the staff was very friendly. The scenery surrounding the hotel is amazing!

Sensacional , tudo muito bom .. Bons quartos , piscina aquecida , café da manhã bom , tudo perfeito. Os funcionários são incríveis e muito atenciosos .... ganha até doce no final eh . Se você quer ficar na parte mais incrível da Ilhabela e com todo suporte este é o lugar

O atendimento foi excelente. Graziele e Marta foram excepcionais. O local é muito aconchegante. O café da manhã maravilhoso. Tapioca e omelete ou ovos mexidos são feitos na hora e são uma delícia. Piscina aquecida, com bar para atender os hóspedes. Comemos pizzas, que são maravilhosas. Dá de 10 a 0 em muitas pizzarias. Amamos estar nesse paraíso e com certeza, retornaremos e recomendamos para outras pessoas.

Esse hotel é perfeito, muito bem localizado ao sul da ilha, conta com uma bela piscina climatizada, quartos aconchegantes e muito bem limpos, alguns com sacada individual, como foi o meu. O Hotel fica bem a frente da praia do portinho, 700m da praia da Feiticeira, 1500m da praia do Julião, 2000m da Paia Grande, mas o diferencial é o belo atendimento, desde o início, o Diego que nos recepcionou, muito atencioso sempre, as meninas do café da manhã Misleine e Laina, fazem um pão caseiro delicioso, o café é completo, a dna Claudia que cuida do restaurante a noite, um carinho com os belos lanches, porções, pizza, tudo muito bem feito, a Marta que nos atendeu no bar da piscina até a noite, que simpatia, cada preparo dos drinks e com muita atenção e gentileza, o sr Reginaldo que deixa a piscina limpissima, além das meninas da recepção e da limpeza que todos sem exceção são muito atenciosos. Não deixem de provar as porções do hotel, o camarão crocante e o peixe são sensacionais, além dos Tostex, Quiches e pizzas, que são todos muito bem servidos. Parabéns a todos do hotel, já havíamos nos hospedados anteriormente e retornamos. Eu indico a todos!

Tudo ótimo! Camas limpeza, cafe da manhã, atendimento de todos os funcionários foi maravilhoso! Tem restaurante no hotel, porções bem servida! Hotel bem cuidado, jardins piscina aquecida, e limpa, localização ótima, frente praia e tem tartarugas e um parquinho na praia Adorei tudo!!
