Best Western Premier Hotels in Incheon

We are assigned to 7th floor, the carpet on the hallway and in the room looked dirty and smelly, a lot of stains. I called the hotel number and asked the location of the shuttle pick up, a female staff were very loud and her voice were irritated, I have to say that you were very loud, unprofessional and rude , please lower your voice, then she became a little bit soft. One of staff working at restaurant area were very rude as well, so we left the restaurant inside the hotel and found a restaurant outside the hotel.
