PPearl6494Everything was great, I have no complaints, except that all the panel instructions were only in Korean, with no English explanations. This isn't the hotel's fault, but rather South Korea's cultural and political situation; even the outside world displayed in the elevators is entirely in Korean, completely disconnected from the rest of the world.

GGuest UserVery clean, great environment. The hotel is spotless and in a prime location, making it easy to get around. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The room facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable and quiet, and the hygiene is excellent. It was a fantastic stay with great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Uuniverse96Attended DxS concert and stayed at Forest Tower for 4 nights. SUPERB location if you are just going for event at Inspire Arena and not planning to travel to other parts of Incheon. The shuttle bus service to and from Incheon airport came in handy.
Convenience stores are available so no much issue for food. Other food options are available as well during daytime. I love the view of my room. And the park nearby is relaxing for strolling around. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too.

EEvgmiIt was a wonderful experience. I was booking accommodation to work. The WiFi and the room were great. I was a little lost when checking in, but the host helped me.
Location near the subway station, quiet area. There are many cafes around. It was a comfortable location for me, but it's little far from tourist attractions. But it's perfect just for life.
I'll definitely stop here again.

GGuest UserI chose a room on the 16th floor with a skylight, thinking it would be quiet, but it actually faced a major road. At night, I could hear cars revving their engines – pretty scary, and I didn't sleep well.
The facilities are old. At night, there was a humming sound from the fridge and inexplicable creaking from the floor-to-ceiling window.
The cleanliness was mediocre; there was a short hair on the pillow.
You don't need to bring a universal adapter.
The location is indeed a bit remote; it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the nearest Olive Young.
When I checked out, I forgot my pink towel in the room. It was clearly not a disposable one, but the hotel said they couldn't find it after I asked twice. Oh well.

GGuest UserLove the view and the room was clean. Stayed here 1 night for a early flight in ICN Airport. Overall good and relaxing experience. Had to book an Uber to go here and book another one when going to the airport since the bus stop is far.

GGuest UserThe place is very nice overall, with great amenities and a comfortable setup. I especially appreciated having a washing machine and a space to dry clothes, which made a big difference during my long stay.
However, I found it quite odd that the kitchenette was essentially non-functional. I understand there may be fire safety regulations in Korea, but it still felt strange that there were no basic items provided, not even a plate or a spoon.
On the positive side, the shower was excellent, and the TV was modern and easy to use, I was able to download all the apps I needed without any issues. The heating system also worked perfectly, and the cleanliness was spotless throughout my stay.
That said, there were a few inconveniences. The smoking announcement played twice a day in three languages, which became quite annoying over time. I understand the importance of enforcing non-smoking rules and I’m also very sensitive to smells, but the repeated loud announcements can be disruptive, especially when trying to rest or work.
Another point is that there’s usually no staff at reception. I didn’t mind the self check-in process, it was actually quite easy, but when I did try to ask a question to the staff member who was present (handling check-in cards), she was quite impolite and unwilling to help. As a foreigner, I found this particularly discouraging. I was doing my best to communicate, and she didn’t make any effort to assist, even something as simple as connecting via KakaoTalk, which I had installed specifically for communication.
Lastly, I would suggest providing more toilet paper and tissues, especially for longer stays.

뮬뮬The view of Incheon Bridge was only partial, but it was still nice. I was overall satisfied with the amenities and the room interior! I stayed for two nights on business and it was just right.

MMaegen GewDecided to choose a hotel nearby incheon as the next day we have to be in the airport by 4:30am .
I choose hotel hue loft due to its location and its another view of the side of seoul and its 7-10min away from seoul which made our trip back home easier.
i did the right choice, hotel hue loft Its petite but its clean.
Easy to check in as the owner had prepared.
They gave me ground floor room as its easier for me alone to carry 3 bags with a 10yrs old kid.
The little one is exciting to see the loft . But the loft might be harder for those who is above 170cm .
The room came with heated floor to keep us warm as the temperature of our visit shown 1c but felt like -13’c as its seaside with strong wind.
The bathroom is in petite size but its ok for us as asian and we can experience the korean way on our last day.
I like the location with sea breeze just we dont have enough time to explore the seaside and the cafe its must be a very chill place to stay, the BBQ shop down the hill near the hotel served comfort food. The bakery next door sell delicious bake which we bought for next day breakfast.
The convenient store gave us last chance to stock up snacks to bring back home.
I like this place if there is another visit to korea will surely come bck to.
Kudos to trip.com . The taxi printout / contact hotel in korean words is very useful if you taking taxi as i found the taxi we took he is unsure of the location of the hotel , therefore i direct call via the print out and shown him the address which it does help.

MmailycClean hotel and quiet. Can't say much more though because we arrived super late and have to leave early in the morning for the airport.
Did the check in , and got a sarcastic comment from the receptionist because we arrived at 1am . After getting in the room , we wanted to ask the receptionist to book a taxi for us , and where was the remote for the AC , but he was not at the reception, and didnt pick up the phone either....
Didn't have the shuttle bus both ways.
So had to take public transport , which is not very convenient. Had to walk 20/25min after the bus stop with all the luggage. However in the morning it was easy to book an Uber.
