"The hotel was great—clean and beachfront. The room was spacious and well-maintained room number #534, with daily cleaning services.
The pool was fine, but it was always freezing, regardless of the weather. Even on a 40-degree day, it felt like they filled it with ice overnight. As a result, the kids didn't enjoy it; it was difficult to get in the water and even harder to stay in.
We booked a room that included breakfast. We only had to pay for the parents' breakfasts, while the two kids ate for free with paying parents.
The buffet breakfast was not worth it if everyone had to pay, but since we only paid for one adult, it was acceptable. Otherwise, a breakfast at McDonald's would have been cheaper and more satisfying. The buffet options were the same every single day during our five-day stay, and they included poached eggs, scrambled eggs, sunny-side-up eggs, mushrooms, sausage, hash browns, grilled tomatoes, and three types of pastries, along with pancakes.
For drinks, there were apple juice, orange juice, and tropical juice, but none were freshly squeezed—they tasted like boxed juice. The coffee machine used coffee pods, and there were tea stations available. That was all the food and drink offered at the buffet, and it was consistent every day for five days."

"The reception guy in the morning shift was very rude.
He was talking in a bad way and he charged me 105$ i dont know and after i asked him why i already paid everthing before check in and the bond was paid on check in.
He knew that he done a mistake and he refund it and he said it will be in my account in few days without even saying sorry.
He was very very impolite and rude.
Its not a morning to begin.

"Very clean hotel. Centrally located and close to lots of eating places. We had a small room but Room is comfortable and the bed large. Really clean beautiful spacious bathroom with powerful shower. Parking available on streets nearby if unable to get in to hotel car park. Very friendly staff and the coffee at the reception area is amazing."

"Great location. Beautiful view from balcony. Staff friendly. Cafe under. Room clean. No after hours staff onsite but contactable if required. A bit aged but we knew that as we have been returning over the years. A bit disappointed as the Boatharbour restaurant unded was closed but the cafe was a pleasant addition since we were last here."

"Large resort hotel There is a stove in the house for cooking. The room is not very big but very warm. Every room can be parked at the door. There are also free coffee golf and other activities in the hotel. Unfortunately, we have no time to experience it in a hurry. We must check in early at night. If you are late, pay attention to the reception door. Paper posted on it, find your name, call, self-check-in, there is a night box at the reception door, you need a password to get the room key"

Hhyl8881The location of the apartment is more convenient for tourists. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach, train station, supermarket shopping, and dining out. Check-in is simple, self-service in and out of the lobby, basically undisturbed. The room facilities are old, but fully functional and the overall health is OK. There are problems, such as leaving the vegetables of the last guest in the refrigerator, seeing a cockroach on the wall at night, and a long hair on the bed, you can handle it yourself, even if you don't. The biggest problem is that the range hood actually discharges the smoke from the top of the ceiling back to the room. This is really the first time I have seen the design, faint! Be careful!

BBINA very standard foreigner resort hotel, with a living room and a bedroom, as well as a kitchen for cooking and basic kitchen utensils. You can buy a steak from the supermarket and you can come back for frying. After all, it is a small rural city, and parking is very convenient. No additional parking fees are required.

You can hear the roar of cars on the road at two, three, three or four in the middle of the night. The facilities are also relatively poor. Not only do ten or twenty people share a bathroom, but there is no elevator, so you need to carry your luggage up and down by yourself. The business at the front desk is not proficient, and it takes half a day to complete the continuation of the stay

GGuest UserThe staff here are very warm and helpful. Everyone from the bar, to the accomodation staff were great!
The rooms were stylish and clean. The beds were so comfortable with soft sheets and good quality pillows. Having a USB port next to the beds was very handy.
I highly recommend the mushroom pizza and garlic bread. It was delicious and the bar staff were kind enough to bring it to our room.
I wish I could have stayed another night to enjoy the (free) Drag Bingo 😁
The only thing that could have made it better was having a lift in the building as we had heavy luggage and my elderly mom was travelling with me.
Would definitely stay here again (remembering to pack light next time)

SSHICHAOCheck in after 6pm, no reception. Parking charges. I booked two rooms and one living room, but there was no quilt! Only the sheets! I called the customer service, and there was no staff in the hotel to send the quilt, but said that there was floor heating that turned on automatically, but we did not feel the heating, and it was frozen all night. Don't live here in the cold winter!

GGuest UserFriendly and easy check-in. Motel is located a short distance from city centre and easy to find. For an old motel it is very clean, nice plants in garden around the property. Beds were really comfy and great having the fridge plus tea/coffee facilities. Liked our room with the balcony and having free parking. Great for a short stay, we had a concert to see.

The original room I was given was extremely cold as the windows wouldn’t shut properly and I was getting asthma from the breeze
The duty manager moved me to a different room and the window in that room had a gap as well that was letting the cool air in
I stayed with this room as it had a heater and managed to put a towel in the window to stop the air coming in
The toilet however was leaking water over the floor and the tiles look like they are ready to pop off the walls at anytime and the bottom of the shower was mouldy
I know that the price is very cheap however and the manager on duty was apologetic and obliging. but maybe it needs a lot of TLC
