"My trip was made complete and easier with the help of Bamboo Sapa. Special shoutout to KC for rendering assistance even before my family and I got here. Was rather worried bringing my elderly parents to Sapa as they are unable to walk far. From recommending tours, drivers and restaurants, we were offered beyond expectation. Hotel is in a great location, making it easy to walk around the town. Great view at the hotel, great amenities and I love the good water pressure."

"Where to start? From the moment we hopped off the shuttle bus in front of the hotel, we were greeted with smiles and friendly staff. As you step into the hotel, your immediate response is to start taking photos. Everywhere you look had unique designs that were fused with the French influence and the traditional Vietnamese patterns and cultural wear. They welcomed us with a delicious rich hot chocolate as we checked in. The hotel is huge and there’s just so much to see and admire. The stunning view on the 10th floor is breathtaking on a clear day. Our twin share room was spacious, a balcony where you can stand and soak in the nature. Our beds were high and so comfy with the puffy pillows. Our room had everything thing you needed and more. Our bathroom was spacious, it had all the amenities. The smart designs and the little things in the room made a difference, such as tv side lamps where mannequins with traditional patterned lamp shades. The big necklaces to decorate the bed lamp shades. The fashion of French paintings on the wall. The color scheme was great. The breakfast is just FANTASTIC, you just don’t know where to start because everything looks and tastes great. The location is amazing and so close to everything. The staff are really helpful and booked half day tours to see local villages. Also, it’s best to get your tickets to Fansipan from this hotel because the process is much much easier. We didn’t have physical tickets but used facial recognition which made us move through the lines a lot quicker. Another reason why you should stay at this hotel is that they can help you reserve tickets and they will update you on the weather before you decide to purchase the tickets (sometimes the weather can be so unpredictable). This hotel is just AMAZING!!"

"It is unfortuate we are having to write a negative review because we were really looking forward to our stay. Our room was beautiful and the check in process was smooth and staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was a really good selection. However we booked this stay due to the spa facilities and we were extremely let down. On the first day we arrived late afternoon and went straight to the spa for a massage which was lovely and staff attentive. However the spa itself was unclean, there was a strong sewage smell and the changing room were dirty with wet towels everywhere, overflowing showers and general rubbish around. On the second day we headed up to use the gym and spa however the heated pool was broken, the sauna doors had been left open so no heat, the herbal pools had to amenities or plugs to fill the baths with. There was a queue of day guests getting refunds so we asked the manager if it was possible we could be compensated as we booked based on the spa facilities and both days hadn't been the best experiences. She told us no as we were not paying customers to the spa (even though we paid to stay two nights), she told us if she refunded us she would have to take wages from the staff or give up her wage. She said the spa was free so there was nothing to refund. We asked for a complaints email but she told us no as she feared for her job. She instead sent a fruit platter of three oranges and two apples to our room. This was unfortunate as the main reason we stayed here was for the spa use."

"Very conveniently located at the town square. Across the road is Sunworld plaza, access for cable car to fansipan peak . Plenty of restaurant within 5min walk. However, do request for room away from main road which can be v noisy with music blasting & kids dancing around soliciting money at the town square. Overall , the hotel is v convenient & the room is big but the toilet is pretty small"

"Town view rooms are noisy with construction and street noise. Staff were great and moved us to a Mountain View room which was so much better. 10/10 for that. So good hotel but Sapa itself has over developed now; busy, noisy streets, litter all over and constant pestering by street vendors detracted from what was once a beautiful place"

"Good location with exit at level 1 and 15, making it easy for tourists to reach their desired attractions. View was splendid and staff speak good English and are friendly to assist with extension of room due to change in plans. Thanks for the wonderful experience!"

"The size of room is big. There are 2 swimming pool where 1 is at rooftop (not heated) but nice view and other at level 1 which is heated. There is also small gym. There are no water cooler at sight. The selection of breakfast is good. They gave us surprise for our honeymoon trip as shown. Location is generally near the church."

"Friendly and helpful hotel staff to assist us when we faced some issue there. Just walk a minute reach the cable station (Sun Plaza), night market and Sapa presentation stage. If you like massage, just walk along the hotel, many massage shop can be selected. But, need bargain the service price. You may enjoy the delicious dish like salmon hotpot, pumpkin chicken soup restaurant just nearby the hotel. And, the hotel breakfast also variety of dish served."

"DeLaSol Sapa Hotel is perched on a hillside, offering breathtaking views. On clear days, you can even see the peak of Mount Fansipan from the hotel. The rooms are spacious with large, comfortable beds and a private balcony to enjoy the scenic beauty. The amenities include a bathtub and a cozy living area, making your stay even more relaxing. The breakfast is outstanding—international style with a wide variety of options such as fresh bread, eggs, fruits, and especially delicious fresh vegetables. The hotel is within walking distance of the Fansipan cable car station, and many cafes and restaurants surround the area. One small downside is that the hotel is on a one-way street, so vehicles might need to take a detour, but the stunning views more than make up for it. It's also a stamp point for Sapa's travel stamp collection, and you can buy the stamp book right at the hotel. While not all staff speak fluent English, some do try their best to communicate and provide helpful service. โรงแรมเดอลาซอล ซาปา (DeLaSol Sapa) ตั้งอยู่บนเนินเขา ทำให้มองเห็นวิวสวยตระการตา โดยเฉพาะถ้าวันไหนอากาศดีจะสามารถมองเห็นยอดเขาฟานซีปันได้อย่างชัดเจน ห้องพักกว้างขวาง เตียงขนาดใหญ่ นอนสบาย มีระเบียงส่วนตัวให้ได้นั่งชมวิวแบบใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ ภายในห้องยังมีอ่างอาบน้ำและห้องนั่งเล่นเพิ่มความสะดวกสบาย อาหารเช้าจัดเต็มมาก เป็นแบบนานาชาติ มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย ทั้งขนมปัง ไข่ ผลไม้ รวมถึงผักสดที่รสชาติดี เดินจากโรงแรมไปสถานีรถกระเช้าฟานซีปันได้ไม่ไกล รอบๆ โรงแรมมีร้านอาหารและคาเฟ่ให้นั่งชิลหลายร้าน ข้อเสียเล็กน้อยคือโรงแรมอยู่บนถนนวันเวย์ ทำให้การนั่งรถมาอาจต้องอ้อมบ้าง แต่ก็ถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับวิวที่สวยมาก ที่นี่ยังเป็นหนึ่งในจุดแสตมป์ของซาปา นักท่องเที่ยวสามารถซื้อสมุดสะสมแสตมป์ได้จากที่โรงแรม พนักงานบางคนสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ไม่คล่องนัก แต่มีความตั้งใจและพยายามให้บริการอย่างเต็มที่"

"Wonderful Stay at Fansipan Hotel in Sapa We recently spent two nights and three days at Fansipan Hotel in Sapa, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The cozy atmosphere made our stay relaxing after long days of exploring Sapa’s beautiful landscapes. The hotel’s location was also convenient, making it easy to visit nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to start the day. The staff was always attentive and ready to assist with any requests, from travel arrangements to recommendations for local sights. Overall, Fansipan Hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa. We would definitely stay here again!"
