The windows effectively blocked out street noise, and the hallway was also very quiet, allowing for a deep sleep. "You can tell a lot of thought went into the room's layout and design. From the lighting to the decor, it really shows the designer's ingenuity. The lake-view room even has a mini bar, perfect for a relaxing cup of tea after a long day of sightseeing. There's also a compact gym in the building, great for fitness enthusiasts who want to get a quick workout in. The owner and the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic. They helped us with our luggage when we arrived and gave excellent recommendations for local specialties and good eats. It was definitely a worthwhile trip. The breakfast was also carefully prepared, with a balanced selection of carbs, grains, protein, and fruit. The tableware wasn't the usual disposable kind, but beautifully coordinated underglaze ceramic dishes. The hotel is within walking distance of the Pagoda Bridge, and you can step right out onto the riverbank for a morning stroll."

"It's great and convenient, but there were no parking spaces when I arrived, so I parked across the street, which was still very close. There are lots of delicious food options near the entrance. The underfloor heating was wonderfully warm. You could open the window or the door and immediately see the snow-capped mountains. The service was enthusiastic and proactive, the facilities were brand new, and everything was clean and hygienic. The bathroom amenities smelled lovely, and the courtyard was beautifully designed.

Nice place higher up than the main tourist zone so it's quiet and there's great views of the mountains. You can walk the shortcut down and take the bus back up which is super convenient. The lovely staff greeted us at the bus stop and had good tips and recommendations. The rooms were clean and spacious with great views from the upstairs bedroom. Breakfast was tasty and diverse too. And the resident dogs are friendly and might follow you into town. Would stay again.

Beyond a five-star experience! The room was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were excellent. Bvlgari toiletries were provided, and they thoughtfully prepared earplugs, disposable bath towels, regular towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, facial cleanser, makeup remover pads, and even hydrating face masks! With both underfloor heating and radiators, the room was perfectly warm. Welcome snacks were provided in the room, and in the evening, they even delivered fruit wine, additional snacks, and warm milk! Outside, there was a charming small courtyard with two swings – one overlooking the valley, the other facing the expansive grassland. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Watching herds of horses slowly make their way home across the grassland at sunset was a truly delightful experience! What impressed me most was that the hotel contacted us in advance, provided a comprehensive travel guide, and enthusiastically helped with directions, answered all our questions about local attractions, and offered excellent suggestions. They even helped arrange a car for us to see the morning mist. Although the fog was too thick to see the river, the trip was still incredibly worthwhile. It's an absolute secluded paradise, truly living up to its 'hidden gem' reputation!

The room was clean and tidy, and the view was fantastic – right opposite the winter ski slopes. They even gave us complimentary cable car tickets to go up to the mountain top, and the scenery was beautiful. The hotel service was excellent; the butler was very responsive, enthusiastic, and friendly. Breakfast was also great, a blend of Western and Chinese cuisine, and it was the most satisfying breakfast I've had during my stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The room facilities were great, the bedding was comfortable, and everything was clean and hygienic. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the room had both floor heating and air conditioning. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was clean and tasty. The experience at Hemu Yijing B&B was absolutely fantastic! The wooden cabin style has a unique local charm, and the room was clean, cozy, and equipped with high-end facilities. Opening the window, you're greeted by vast mountains and stunning views – the scenery and outlook are exceptional. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, always responding promptly to our needs. The breakfast and afternoon tea were both rich and exquisite. The location is convenient for getting around, quiet, and relaxing, allowing you to truly immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Hemu. I'd rate it as the best B&B in Hemu!

We stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this accomodation because trip.com indicated this is a non smoking room. When we got into the room we can noticed straight away strong cigarette smell. I saw an Ash tray in the room that was just used. To reduce the cigarette smell I opened the door and windows and put the Ash tray into a plastic bag and tightly sealed it. Prior to check in we had a problem caused by the luggage transfer staff at Kanas Lake and the lady boss was kind enough to fetch one of us again to the luggage release point at Jiadengyu car park station. Fresh fruits were supplied daily to our room. We are happy with that. The location of the accommodation was not near to the shuttle bus stop as compared to many hotels in the vicinity. The bathroom has no wall hook and towel rails for hanging clothes and towels. This makes bathing not easy especially in the cold autumn weather. Disposable paper bath towels was provided and it was uncomfortable to use besides being inefficient to remove water and moisture from the body. One of the lamps on the ceiling was not working. The curtain has a part that was dislocated and not fixed. Glass with no handle was provided and when it's filled with hot water it's difficult and dangerous to hold as you can drop the glass easily if you are not very careful. The elderly lady at the accommodation was very helpful and told us to use the common area chairs to put our bag as no luggage rack was provided in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was made of metal of inferior design and one of us burned our hand when bathing.

After a previous bad experience in Hemu, I was a bit hesitant about switching rooms and checking in on the same day, but my stay completely changed my mind. The cleanliness, which was my biggest concern, was truly impressive. Every corner of the room was spotless, the bedding was pristine, and the bathroom had no water stains or odors. The hotel's overall environment is very well-maintained, clean everywhere you look. The tourist spots are conveniently located, so you don't waste a lot of time traveling. For the price, this experience truly exceeded my expectations. If I ever come back to Altay, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and we received a free room upgrade. The service was warm and attentive. It was very convenient for getting around and sightseeing, with a dedicated car pick-up and drop-off. We didn't even have to wait in line at the front desk; check-in was directly in our room. The room was huge, located in Xincun. There were bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, but they had a strong odor; they really should add some air fresheners. Breakfast offered about a dozen items. The hotel provides a shuttle service to Hemu Villa, and the driver was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle drops you off about 300 meters away. The front desk staff, however, were very cold and lacked any service awareness. They wouldn't respond to my WeChat messages about anything other than checking in. It was quite frustrating, to be honest. To get to the old village, you need to take the scenic area shuttle for three stops. The old village is much livelier and has more dining options.
