Cleanliness: The cleanliness was well-maintained; both the bathroom and the room were quite clean. Environment: The location is excellent, right next to Yingxue Lake. Service: The service was generally satisfactory. Each room received a complimentary souvenir. Luggage Transfer Service: This service was super convenient and saved us the hassle of carrying our own luggage. Erlang Mountain Ski Resort Double Ticket and Double Yuan Yang Chi Cable Car Round-Trip Ticket: Two tickets were included, which was a nice bonus."

"I was a bit hesitant before booking because of the hotel's low ratings, but when I arrived at the front desk, I was impressed by its grandeur. After checking in, I found the room to be clean and hygienic, which made me quite satisfied. Of course, since the hotel has been renovated some time ago, the toilet in the bathroom was a bit old, but for me, it was acceptable, especially considering the affordable price, which also included breakfast. All in all, this booking offered excellent value for money."

"The service was great, and the environment was lovely too. The gym, pool, and private hot spring in the room were all very good. The moment we checked in, our butler brought afternoon tea snacks to our room. Breakfast was also delivered to the room, and the butler was always responsive whenever we contacted her. The room facilities were excellent, clean, and tidy. The only issue was the door between the guest rooms and the restaurant. Perhaps because housekeeping staff frequently used it, it was often left open. Guests attending wedding banquets in the restaurant would occasionally walk through, and if they saw an open room door, they'd want to peek inside. Once, my child ran out without closing the door, and just as I reached the entrance, a man saw our open door and tried to walk in – it startled me! This afternoon, I saw another group of banquet guests come through the back door. They saw the door to the room next to ours open, and those ladies also said they wanted to go in and look at the room. Why would they? If you want to book a room, there are pictures available on Ctrip and Dianping. It's really something else for people to just wander in and look at rooms while waiting for their meal. I suggest that door be kept closed at all times to keep the guest room area quieter, as the guest rooms are not a tourist attraction for banquet attendees to visit. Everything else was great. The butler service was excellent and responsive, and the hygiene was also very good. It's definitely worth staying here!"

On the 5th floor, there's a laundry room and a gym, where you can wash and dry clothes. The front desk service was also superb. In the lobby, they offer hot water, drinks, and cookies, and someone immediately offers you hot water as soon as you enter. The service was very thoughtful. The environment is also nice, with plenty of convenient dining options nearby. This stay was a fantastic experience. The front desk had many cute little pandas on display, which looked great. Definitely coming back next time!"

"After a long search, I finally found this hidden gem – a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. It's great for families with kids or for bringing your parents along. Getting there from Chengdu is super convenient, just an hour's drive. Upon arrival, I contacted the butler, and someone immediately came out to greet us and help with our luggage. The service was excellent! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and it truly felt like a luxurious experience. Afternoon tea was a buffet with unlimited beer, drinks, and various snacks. They started pampering us with food the moment we arrived. The in-room amenities were also fantastic, including a Dyson hairdryer (I wasn't even planning on washing my hair, haha!). The butlers were incredibly responsive and patient in helping with all our requests. Overall, I absolutely loved it here and will definitely be back!"

It's easy to walk to the Mansion Old Street, and the 'ding-ding' tram from the town square goes directly to Liu's Manor, so getting around is very convenient. The hotel's garden is lovely and well-maintained, featuring a 'naughty fort' (indoor play area), outdoor facilities, a swimming pool, and a small farm where you can feed sheep and rabbits. Kids absolutely love it. The rooms are spacious, though some of the facilities are a bit dated. The staff are all very friendly, providing attentive and warm service. The rooms have high-quality wallpaper, and the mattresses are excellent, offering a very luxurious feel for this price point. The toiletries are Rosedale, and my hair felt wonderfully fluffy after washing—definitely not the cheap stuff you find in most hotels. The toothbrush was super soft; I even took it home because I didn't want to throw it away. The pool is heated, and my child played for two hours and didn't want to leave. There's also a huge, well-designed playground. Breakfast was also top-notch, truly worth it. I'm not a shill; I haven't written such a long review in ages. I wish you great success in your business!"

"Before I even checked in, they added me to a concierge chat group, and any questions I had were answered promptly and proactively. My room was on the third floor, and while there's no elevator, the concierge staff helped me with my luggage. I chose the 270-degree mountain view, and falling asleep to the sound of the stream at night was incredibly relaxing (though it was a bit chilly, the electric blanket and air conditioning kept the room nice and warm). We ordered the hot pot from the guesthouse for dinner, and it was delicious! The free-range chicken hot pot with mushroom soup was more than enough for two people. There was also a concert in the evening, and the singer was fantastic! There are two friendly dogs in the courtyard, a golden retriever and a small white dog, both very affectionate. There's also a super cute cat at the front desk. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back!"

The details are well done, the parent-child room has Yunrou towels for the baby, and there is a fence to prevent the baby from falling off the bed (but the fence is not very stable). DDaniel XiaoFacilities: Very new, the room furniture is of excellent quality, the materials are top-notch, and the mattresses are all from reputable brands – absolutely fantastic!!! Cleanliness: Very clean! Very new! Environment: Located at the foot of Xiling Mountain, the guesthouse boasts a tranquil environment, perfect for a vacation. It's not far from the snow-capped mountains. While not as commercialized as Huashuiwan, it perfectly captures the peace and quiet I was looking for. The small restaurants in the old town are delicious, and the people are very kind and friendly. From restaurants to small supermarkets, everything is run by the local residents – a true embodiment of idyllic life, very comfortable! Service: The guesthouse owners are wonderful; the couple are incredibly helpful and responsive. I was extremely satisfied with my stay! Even the guesthouse auntie was very kind and treated guests like family – truly heartwarming! The breakfast was also delicious! Highly recommended!!!

GGuest UserWe stayed at Qixi Guest House in Dayi, Sichuan with our two kids and chose the River View Loft Room — and it was such a lovely experience. The room was very clean and comfortable. Our kids absolutely loved it because they had their own space in the loft area. There were plush toys and books prepared for them, which made it even more special. The loft area also had a warmer, so it stayed cozy and comfortable. The owner is very kind, and the place is managed by two elderly ladies who are incredibly sweet — they reminded us of our own grandmothers. They were so warm, caring, and genuinely helpful. They even helped us book taxis because it can be quite difficult to get a Didi in this area. There are no halal restaurants nearby, so it’s best to bring ready-to-eat food from home. However, they knew we are Muslim and thoughtfully prepared halal-friendly breakfast for us — noodles, fried eggs, vegetables, buns, candy, nuts, and boxed milk. We truly appreciated their effort. Downstairs, there is a shared kitchen area that guests can use. It’s well-equipped with utensils, a microwave, hot water dispenser (similar to Coway), and basic kitchen facilities — very convenient for families. The only downside is that there is no lift. The building has three levels. We stayed on Level 2 (just one flight of stairs up from the ground floor), so it was manageable, but carrying heavy luggage could be challenging. When we checked out, the owner even gave us a small gift bag with a keychain and fridge magnet — such a sweet gesture. From the guesthouse, it takes only about 20 minutes by Didi to reach Xiling Snow Mountain. Just make sure to book your ride 20–30 minutes earlier because it can be hard to get a car in this area. There are small shops nearby if you need drinks or basic items, but by around 9:40 pm, most places close and the area becomes very quiet. The river view from our room was absolutely beautiful. The guesthouse is located at the foothill area with charming ancient China village vibes — peaceful and scenic. The hospitality was truly heartfelt. We also noticed many Malay guests have stayed here before, so they are familiar with preparing Muslim-friendly meals. Overall, we had a very warm and memorable stay. Highly recommended for families visiting Xiling Snow Mountain.

Perched on the hillside, it boasts huge floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly frame the mountain views, and the room temperature was just right. The private hot spring bath was spacious with a rich mineral scent, and all the facilities felt brand new. Coming here to unwind on a weekend was pure bliss. The staff were all lovely too – always smiling, friendly, and quick to greet you. The afternoon tea and goodnight drinks were a nice touch. It's off-season now, so it's quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. They even gave us a thoughtful parting gift, which was a nice touch.

Although the shower pressure was a bit low, the maintenance engineer came immediately to fix it, and their response was very quick. The room was very warm thanks to the underfloor heating, and there's a balcony where you can sunbathe, making the overall feeling very pleasant. Cleanliness: The hygiene was generally good. Environment: The accommodation environment is great, only a few hundred meters from the scenic area entrance. There's a hotel restaurant downstairs that offers excellent value for money and tasty food. It's a rare gem of a hotel. CCandyningxiOverall, it was pretty good. It was my first time staying in a tent. The room was quite spacious, and right outside the tent was snow. Walking a short distance to the restroom was fine, though it was a bit inconvenient to go at night because of how cold it was. Inside the room, it was warm enough, but even with the heater and electric blanket on, the air still felt a bit chilly. It was perfectly fine once you were snuggled under the covers. The rooms were quite private, with a good distance between other tents, so overall safety felt good. This kind of stay is nice for one night for the experience, but probably not ideal for a longer stay. I originally wanted to try the 'stove-boiled tea' experience, but it was a bit pricey for just me, and they weren't offering it in the evening, so I skipped it. The service was good; you could communicate via WeChat, and the environment was also nice. There was snow everywhere, and for a first-time experience, it was pretty decent.

RRoryHakunaThe camp was very clean and beautiful. Out of all places I've stayed during my trip to Chengdu & Xiling, their camp is the best. Up till today (we've checked out their camp for about 1 week+ now) we still talked about our experience there. It is very memorable. Their staff are also very helpful. We couldn't find the camp at first and they sent staff to guide us. My mom left her charger at the camp and they willingly sent it to our next hotel. Their hospitality is the best! At first, we were shocked that we have to hike(10-20mins) to get to the camp. We were shocked because we were tired since we have been traveling for the past 2 days and haven't rested properly. But when we reached there, it was all worth it! This camp was basically what we need to recharge ourselves.

GGuest UserFantastic! The hotel service was excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room was wonderfully warm – I could take off my coat as soon as I walked in! We didn't have to queue to enter or exit the scenic area, and the hotel even offered a dedicated luggage service, so we didn't have to carry our bags ourselves. A special shout-out to the handsome guy at the front desk! I left my camera in the parking lot, and he immediately helped coordinate for me to go back down the mountain to retrieve it. So appreciative! We'll definitely be back next year!
