OOuyasaThis little courtyard nestled in the mountains truly amazed me. From the moment I stepped in, I was drawn to its warmth and comfort. The room was exquisitely decorated, with every detail showcasing the owner's care and taste. The hot spring bath was lovely, the bed was soft and comfortable, and it was wonderfully quiet at night, allowing for a great night's sleep that left me feeling completely refreshed. The owner was also very welcoming; we arrived quite late, but they didn't hesitate to come out with a flashlight to greet us (the parking is about 20 meters from the courtyard). Cleanliness is my top priority, and it was impeccably clean and tidy. The environment is beyond words – the fresh air was incredibly refreshing. After a long day at work, coming here instantly released all negative energy. The service was excellent and very warm. It was a particularly comfortable and enjoyable trip. Waking up in the morning to see the lush greenery outside the window was especially delightful. I'll definitely go back. It's also pet-friendly, which is a big plus! 👍

HHwee1I had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special. The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

The air was great, not too hot, and we could even swim in the river, which the kids absolutely loved!!! In the morning, we stumbled upon a market and bought some local produce to take home, which was a pleasant surprise!! This place is perfect for a summer getaway, family trips, and for entertaining the little ones. Highly recommend!!

It's an established 5-star hotel, and while the facilities are a bit dated, it doesn't significantly detract from the experience. All the amenities are high-quality, clean, and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. What really stands out is the hotel's excellent environment, fantastic hot springs, and delicious breakfast. Both the hotel and the hot springs staff have an exceptional service mindset! It's a hotel worth visiting countless times.

RRoryHakunaThe camp was very clean and beautiful. Out of all places I've stayed during my trip to Chengdu & Xiling, their camp is the best. Up till today (we've checked out their camp for about 1 week+ now) we still talked about our experience there. It is very memorable. Their staff are also very helpful. We couldn't find the camp at first and they sent staff to guide us. My mom left her charger at the camp and they willingly sent it to our next hotel. Their hospitality is the best! At first, we were shocked that we have to hike(10-20mins) to get to the camp. We were shocked because we were tired since we have been traveling for the past 2 days and haven't rested properly. But when we reached there, it was all worth it! This camp was basically what we need to recharge ourselves.

TThanaThis is budget accommodation in walking distance 800m from the entrance of Xiling snow mountain. We arrived by bus at 10:30 and contacted hotel to pick our luggages at the entrance. Staffs were very kind and energetic. We came down and walked back to the hotel. It is cheaper to stay here and has many options for dinner. But heating system was not working so very cold at night as we stayed over Christmas. Simple breakfasts can be ordered. For non Chinese speakers like us, try to get WeChat of the hotel in advance.

The hotel has been around for a while, so the decor and facilities are a bit dated, but it was clean and didn't have any strange odors. Dining was very convenient, and there's free parking, so overall it was good. The hot springs were very accessible; you could go straight in from the second floor of the hotel. Various pools were nestled among the trees, which was nice, and there was also a glass walkway that kids enjoyed. The only downside was that the water in the channels was a bit cold when we went at night.

MM492109****Second visit to Xiaoyao Water Valley, a perfect summer retreat! We booked a simple family room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to two twin rooms, making things much more comfortable for our family of four. The room had a large balcony right outside, offering views of the mountains and water. The air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable 21°C at night, perfect for soaking in the hot springs and gazing at the stars – the heat completely dissipated. The kids had a blast, the hotel service was top-notch, a truly delightful surprise. The hotel's decor clearly shows the owner's dedication; they even had musical instruments – a very unique place. I've already decided to visit again, and this is the only place I'll choose. Highly recommended!
