The breakfast was good—I just wonder if the Cantonese steamed buns could be available every day. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming! The service was superb! The hotel has a group chat, so any questions you have are answered quickly and conveniently. We discussed everything from sending ski gear to booking a ride. On the night of the bonfire party, the staff had a team-building barbecue, and we even shared lamb and beef skewers. It was a blast! On my last day, I went horseback riding and realized I hadn't brought sunscreen (though I'd planned on skiing, so I'd definitely go for a mask, goggles, and helmet for all-around protection). I asked the front desk lady, and she immediately gave me her own. A lifesaver!
