"An established five-star hotel that still maintains its quality! The Marco Polo Jinjiang Hotel has a great location with convenient transportation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are well-maintained. The service is professional and efficient, and everything is clean. The food is delicious, and breakfast is especially fantastic. The pool and gym are fully equipped, and the overall experience was superb. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it!"

"The front desk service was excellent, and check-in was fast. The hotel is located in the center of Jinjiang, making it very convenient for getting around. They offer a free shuttle service to and from Jinjiang Airport, which is a huge plus for travelers. There's also a large free parking lot, making it very car-friendly. The self-service coffee and tea in the first-floor lounge area are a thoughtful touch, available anytime. Breakfast was delicious, with ample time to eat without feeling rushed. Overall, the facilities and service are top-notch."

"This hotel is really close to the airport, but you can't hear any plane noise at all. It's also within walking distance of Sunshine Night Market, which is great for browsing and eating without being too noisy. The location is absolutely fantastic. The room itself is small but has everything you need. The breakfast is quite good, with freshly cooked noodles. It's a great option if you're coming to Quanzhou and want to spend a couple of days in Jinjiang exploring the surrounding area first."

"Grand Honor Hotel is definitely the best hotel in Shishi, but it’s not quite the same level as a luxury hotel in a bigger city. Generally the hotel is clean, but it’s the little things that I noticed, ie when I checked in, there were some sweet wrappers next to the bowl of sweets that weren’t cleared away. That said, the sense of space is evident in the hotel lobby, lifts, corridors and most importantly, the hotel rooms. Rooms are very spacious and well-designed, although the closet area can definitely do with brighter lights. Most amenities are provided but what put me off is that many items that would have been free in other hotels at this price-range aren’t free at Grand Honor. There is a Chinese tea set on the table and usually the loose leaf tea is provided for free but it cost ¥15 per packet. Honestly it’s not a lot of money for us, but on the flip side, surely the hotel can provide a bag of tea leaves for their guests. There are the standard free single-use packet tea in the drawer so at least there’s that. In-room slippers are not to be taken out; they’d charge you if you do - and that’s fine, but the slippers are actually really uncomfortable to wear. The small plate of fruits (banana, plum and mandarin) given at 5pm every day is a nice touch. The hotel breakfast is probably the highlight. Set on the 22nd floor with panoramic views of the city, breakfast is very enjoyable. The food quality is pretty good, but a real surprise here is the sheer diversity of food. The bread selection alone has 5-6 choices (pastries, brioche, baguette, square toast, etc), the cooked food section is almost endless (and there’s cooked Chinese vegetables! 👏🏾) and then there’s the fruit selection at the end too. My only gripe is that the coffee machine is a bit slow, and there’s only one machine so there can be a wait for coffee. Location of the hotel is a little odd; good restaurants and the main mall is about 15 mins’ walk away. There aren’t many good shops to wander around nearby. Generally, this is a solid hotel for this price point. Excellent service with very fast food delivery (using the ubiquitous delivery robots) and friendly front desk staff."

"The service is definitely commendable. The staff member, Nan, was very friendly and efficient with the check-in process, and the room was spotlessly clean. The only downside is that the hotel's main sign is a bit small, and the parking directions are unclear. I had to drive around once to find it, which was quite disappointing for a first-time guest. I hope the hotel can add clearer and more prominent directional signs in both the underground parking lot and on the ground level. This improvement would greatly benefit guests arriving by car and enhance the overall experience by making the hotel's presence more apparent throughout the entire area."

"Traveling with a child, front desk staff member Yechen provided exceptional service. She proactively upgraded our room and a robot even delivered toothbrushes and slippers to our little one, which made them very happy. Later, when my child accidentally broke a mouthwash cup, she promptly helped us resolve the issue. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and our child really enjoyed it, making for a very comfortable stay. The Sunshine Night Market is right downstairs, and Wudianshi is also very close by."

"I brought my family to Jinjiang and chose this newly opened Meihao Hotel. It certainly didn't disappoint! The hotel's decor is very stylish, with a modern Chinese aesthetic that makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. We booked a family room, and it was very spacious. The kids especially loved the smart devices and projector in the room. The staff were warm and attentive; seeing that we had children, they specially prepared kids' slippers and toothbrushes. The breakfast spread was extensive and the flavors were authentic. The hotel also offers free parking and laundry service, which is a thoughtful touch for families traveling by car. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Jinjiang! Loved it, the room was clean, the environment was lovely, and the service was exceptionally good."

"Excellent value for money! The hotel is newly renovated, and the room had an air purifier so there were no unpleasant smells. The materials felt high-quality, and the room was clean and tidy. It's within walking distance of the airport, which is super convenient for early or late flights. The breakfast selection was also quite rich. I especially want to commend Lacey at the front desk. I arrived very late, but she was smiling and friendly throughout, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. Her service was professional yet warm, which made me feel incredibly comfortable while traveling. Thanks to Lacey's thoughtful service, my stay was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"The location is super close to the airport. I thought it might be noisy, but I actually slept quite well. The room decor is very new, and thankfully, I could open the window for ventilation. I'm usually sensitive to smells, but there was hardly any new-redecoration odor. The biggest plus was the airport pick-up service. Arriving late at night, I didn't have to bother with transportation; it was super convenient to get directly to the hotel. There were also plenty of takeaway options nearby, making it easy to order late-night snacks or breakfast. The next day, driving to Shishi was a straightforward route without detours. This place is perfect for late arrivals and those with an early start the next day! Overall, it was clean, quiet, convenient, with thoughtful service and excellent value for money."
