The most heartwarming hotel I've ever stayed in! When I arrived at the hotel at night, Xiao Yu, the housekeeper, took the initiative to help me with my luggage and poured me a cup of hot tea. The bedding in the room was clean and soft, with no odor at all, and I slept until I woke up naturally. When I left the hotel, Xiao Yu asked me if I was satisfied with my stay. This feeling of being valued was so touching. I will come again next time!

The hotel is incredibly clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. Darren, a member of the front desk staff, was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast selection was great and there are river views all over the hotel. The room itself was spectacular. I was in a suite with a walk in closet, living room with office space, large bedroom and large bathroom with a soaking tub. Each room in the suite had a river view. I look forward to my next trip to Quanzhou and will surely book the Hilton Quanzhou again. "

Front desk service was excellent, late checkout was needed because of typhoon, bell service is good.

"I experienced a total of three B&Bs in Quanzhou, and Xiyuan was the first one. In order to save time, after getting off the plane at Jinjiang Airport, I decided to visit Wulin and Wudian City before going to the ancient city of Quanzhou~. Then Xiyuan, located in Wudi City, is the most suitable. Hahaha, it can also take in the daytime and night views of the scenic spot.
The B&B turned out to be an old house that had been relocated, and there were very few people there during the National Day holiday. I didn't expect that there were many hiccups in the middle, and the store solved them friendly and patiently, so I changed rooms three times in one night, really experiencing the old house all at once. I originally booked a loft, which was convenient for one person, but there were no handrails on the stairs, so I couldn’t get back down when I went up. I was really embarrassed. The store’s sister upgraded my room for me, which was very heartwarming.
The only problem with the B&B is that the windows are old-fashioned and mosquitoes can easily get in, and the lighting is a bit dim, making it difficult to see clearly when packing luggage. There are a lot of public spaces, and I was still sitting on the balcony waiting for my takeout in the middle of the night~ The surrounding area of Wudian City is very prosperous, including Shigu Temple (I got lost at night and went to Shigu Temple, where I encountered Gaojia Opera), and takeout is very convenient."

"This hotel is quite old. The rooms above the 15th floor have been renovated. They are completely different from the rooms below the 15th floor. If you have the conditions, I suggest you book a room above the 15th floor. The room is large and new, with a very high cost performance. There is also a free airport pick-up service. I upgraded my room on the second night, but the hot water in the room was intermittent. Because it was too late, I did not ask to change the room. Later, the hotel took the initiative to refund my upgraded room fee. The attitude was very good. The breakfast was not particularly rich, but it had everything you should have, as well as local snacks such as vermicelli soup, peanut soup, and freshly cooked noodles. The location of the hotel is super convenient, 5 minutes walk to the surrounding business districts, snack streets are complete, travel and foraging are worry-free. The check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the local play guide was also taken the initiative, and the service was warm and intimate. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the sound insulation effect is excellent, and I slept peacefully. The sanitary details are full, from the guest room to the public area are spotless. The breakfast is rich in variety, the Chinese and Western styles are reasonable, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. GGuest UserThe experience is very good! It took less than 10 minutes to get there by taxi after getting off the plane at midnight. The hotel room was very clean! The configuration is also very complete. The style is a bit like the all-season configuration hhh. It can be used for washing and drying clothes, has a drying area, a terrace with a small garden, and a gym (running + strength). It is quite comfortable overall, and mainly clean. The surrounding environment is also very comfortable. There is a park nearby

CChristian1978My first booking was cancelled by the hotel 5 nights before my stay claiming I need to prebook. The hotel location is great if you want to be close to JJN Airport, otherwise its far away from anything. So keep this in mind. Zero English at reception. Only translator apps. Wifi only with Chinese Phone Number, so called the engineers and the logged me in with their numbers. Big hassle and honestly given this is run by an airline, a really bad procedure. The breakfast was chinese and it was ok. Nothing special. If you want food outside its around 1km of walk to the next mall and food court.

NNITINMy wife and I spent our weekend at this amazing hotel. Our whole experience since we checked in all the way to checking out has been awesome. The front desk manager ALEX was very helpful and kind to upgrade our room from Garden view to Lake view. The room was very spacious about 55sqm and was very clean. The bathroom was gigantic with bathtub. The swimming pool at the hotel is big and very clean. There is a water park right next to the hotel which was fun and we had a very nice time. The breakfast at the hotel was delicuous especially the egg omlette and scrambled eggs. There were western and chinese cuisine for breakfast. Front desk manager Alex was very attentive and he made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. All the other staffs in the hotel were very nice and had smile on their face all the time, they would greet you whenever they see you in the lobby or the hallway... I would definitely visit this hotel again in near future...

The architectural style of the ancient house is full of strong historical charm. I like it very much. The room is comfortable, clean and quiet. There is a treasure tea room in the ancient house. The owner has collected many old objects and old teas, as well as many oolong tea varieties that have never been heard of. The most memorable thing is the owner. He is very good at telling stories and understands the local culture and customs very well, which makes people have a deeper understanding of this land. It is worth living here. I will often recommend friends to stay here.

GGuest UserFrom my experience at 4 different accommodations in the Jinjiang/Quanzhou area, I have come to learn that the cleanliness (or rather, lack thereof) at this hotel is typical of this area at this price range. So I don’t want to make it sound worse than it deserves.
That said, the first thing I saw when I entered the room was a gross-looking tangle of hair on the floor. I sent a WeChat message to the person managing it, and to their credit they were very apologetic and sent someone to clean it up, which they did (I was gone at the time). When I got back, though, I was disappointed that although that particular tangle of hair had been cleaned up, the rest of the floor still had visible dust and who-knows-what on it. I ended up seeing a broom and dustpan in the hallway against another door, and I decided to briefly borrow it and quickly sweep my own floor so I didn’t have to feel like it was gross. After that it was ok.
Also, there was a sort of dank, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which I believe is from the drain. The toilet is the kind that you are not supposed to flush toilet paper down (instead put it in the bin next to the toilet), so it’s also possible the smell was the result of that system after the previous occupant’s stay. There is a water problem in the bathroom such that when you take a shower, water ends up sitting in a kind of puddle on the floor near the sink, so it’s hard for the bathroom to ever be entirely dry, which no doubt also adds to the difficulty of keeping the bathroom smelling fresh.
The room itself was big and included a washing machine, which was very helpful! There was a little kitchen area and a kettle and such. Water bottles were supplied every day. The bed was comfortable and clean.
There was a sofa and a coffee table, and another sort of recliner seat near the window. Unfortunately the coffee table looked dirty (some sort of sticky residue on it) from the last occupant, so I didn’t want to put anything on it.
The location is right next to the Jinjiang airport, which is of course convenient for arriving or departing by plane. Checkin was done via WeChat - I just told them I had arrived, and they sent me a code for the door. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived, but I can’t say for sure that no one is ever there. Possibly if I had waited longer someone would have come, I don’t know.
For all the negative comments I had above, I want to repeat what I stated at the beginning - this level of cleanliness is apparently fairly normal for this price range in this area. I still think more effort could and should be put into making it a cleaner and more inviting space for customers, and things like the standing water problem in the bathroom should be fixed to prevent mold growth and such, but it’s also possible I just need to suck it up and spend more money on a better hotel room if I feel that my standard of cleanliness is so important.

GGuest UserParking is free in the underground parking lot across the road, but it is about 100 meters from the hotel and you have to cross the traffic lights. It is inconvenient to carry luggage. The room is clean and the decoration is OK. The front desk is friendly. It is very close to the night market. Turn right and it is 200 meters away. It is very cost-effective.

GGuest UserAfter further experience, it seems that this place is typical for this area at this price range. So I guess I got what I paid for. But still, I was significantly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness.
The lobby seemed clean and new, but after that, the elevator, hallway, and room were disappointing. And although this room was a bit cleaner than a cheaper room at a different hotel nearby, the floor and bathroom were still noticeably dirty. There was a stain on the bedsheet, which I don’t doubt was perfectly sanitary, but still added to the impression of it being dirty. There were some free condoms and lube in a container near the bed, which made the place feel even more shady and unappealing.
Besides those things, it was fine. The breakfast on the top floor (you have to go up a set of stairs to get to it) was ok, though quite simple, Chinese-style breakfast items.
Overall, it was tolerable, and from experiencing a few other hotels later during my stay, I came to see that it’s hard to get anything much better than that for that price range. I paid about $28/night for this place. If you want a clean place to stay, you’ll probably have to pay a decent amount more money, probably more than $40.
