The young owners, Lixia and Haibo, are such a lovely, talented, and hard-working couple who got married not long ago and have just opened this beautiful homestay together. Their passion and warmth are everywhere. Haibo is a professional photographer and an incredible cook – every meal he prepared for us was fresh, seasonal, and absolutely delicious. Lixia is just as amazing: super energetic, thoughtful, and incredibly talented behind the camera. They also have the sweetest dog named One Two Three – a patient and gentle soul who quickly became our favorite companion. She joined Lixia in accompanying us around the village and along the ancient trails, adding even more joy to our walks. What truly blew us away was the photography and videos Lixia made for us. While we explored, she quietly captured the most beautiful shots of us among the old stone houses and ancient trails. At the end of our stay, she surprised us with two wonderfully edited short videos that perfectly captured the joy and laughter of our weekend. I’ve stayed at hundreds of places around the world and have never received anything like this – it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with local touches. Food is excellent. *** 15-20 minute walk to Chanjiapu and half hour to Xikeng.

When we arrived at the place, the door of the cultural relic-level old house was closed, and the villagers who led the way pushed it open and called out the owner loudly to let us visit and introduce it to us. The B&B we stayed in was the first B&B in the village. It was built entirely out of logs and was designed and constructed by the host himself. When we walked around the village, we found other B&Bs under construction. It turned out that the host was helping to build houses for others. . The proprietress' cooking skills are very good, hotel-level. Our two families, four adults and two children, went out to play together. When the boss saw it, he took the initiative to upgrade us to a large suite, two independent suites plus a living room in the middle, and a small yard in front of the door. On August 15th of this year, I spent admiring the moon, drinking, drinking, and singing in this small courtyard. I will never forget it! Good accommodation doubles the travel experience!
