"It’s near to Puning Station, located near to 商品城（20min walking) near to 老二肠粉, this hotel do cater mahjong room for customer on Lvl 12 & 13, sometime they also allow them to play in their own room, you will hear them dragging their chair and slamming the door quite often, other than that the hotel also provide simple Chinese breakfast..and lastly they have a team of excellent customers service reception, that’s really a plus point for the hotel! "Atour Hotel @ Puning gave us the best experience like our own home, the warm hospitality provided by front counter staff - excellent. They taking care of each checking in guests so detail that until they have prepared raincoat & mosquito repellent for our short visit to the villages. during our stay at Atour - we encounter raining day , when we go out (waiting for the hired car) the staff automatically passing us umbrellas. Atour also provide us with the free laundry - this free laundry not only provided machines and dryer, there always a staff that to assist you and take care of your laundry, when laundry completed - fold and put nicely into the laundry bag with your room number (some of them they even send it back to individual room). As a frequent traveler, hotel like Atour (Puning) should be a trend and this will be a winner for hotel service provider. Atour even have a library filled with many text books for our reading, all those books are very interesting cover many topic. Atour also provide a ” Tea session Place” for your convivence - which you would not be able to find elsewhere, I guessed after Atour, many other hotels might copy their concept as well."

Let me tell you all about it: Here are my personal recommendations and insights. First off, I booked this hotel through Trip.com. I distinctly remember my partner and I looked at numerous hotels, both expensive and affordable. However, Yunduo S Hotel really stood out to me as offering comprehensive quality, much like a well-rounded product – it truly ticks all the boxes. Let's start with the service. The attention to detail was impeccable. Upon check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and helpful information. While I wouldn't say I was 'moved' to tears, I was certainly very satisfied. I clearly recall there were some male guests checking in at the same time who were quite rude and complaining loudly. Yet, the front desk staff handled them with remarkable composure and politeness. Seeing this level of professionalism convinced me I had made the right choice in picking this hotel. As for cleanliness, I wouldn't say it's the absolute best, but it was excellent. The room was very spacious, and every room has a window, making them bright. I really liked the room layout – it wasn't strictly business-oriented, nor was it a themed room; I'd say it offered a very suitable blend of styles. Chatting with a staff member, I learned that the hotel has undergone many positive changes since the new manager arrived, especially in improving room quality and hygiene. Regarding the facilities and amenities, while they might not be luxury brands, they were of good quality and worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, and the TV, wardrobe, and shower were all excellent and looked brand new. And speaking of security, I was surprised to see staff members in black uniforms walking around. I learned they were security patrols. This hotel takes security very seriously; I even took photos. Whether or not they were actively doing something, just seeing them made us guests feel much safer and more comfortable. The breakfast was also quite good. It was a buffet with a wide variety of options, including bread, which I particularly enjoy. Finally, a word about their laundry service – it was excellent! They helped us wash and dry our clothes and then returned them to us. It was a complete, one-stop service, hahahaha! Seriously, this hotel is doing an amazing job in Puning!"

"Hotel facilities: I suggest adding a non-slip mat in the bathroom. I almost fell barefoot. There are rubber slippers, but my shoes probably got soaked and smelled, so I didn't wear them. The front desk service greeted me warmly, which is not available in other hotels at this price. I especially like the foot soaking service. I drove all day and was exhausted. I came back to the hotel and took a bath and soaked my feet comfortably. There is a charging station at the door of the hotel, which is very friendly and convenient for friends who take trams. The breakfast variety is relatively simple, but it's pretty good, but pay attention to the non-slip service in the bathroom!"
