"The soundproofing is extremely bad, really extremely bad. I have never seen anyone set a room next to the elevator. There is no soundproofing in the room. The clacking sound of the elevator chain going up and down can be heard clearly in the room. It is impossible to fall asleep at all. Then there was the lights in the room. After turning off all the lights, the night light on the bedside table could not be turned off, and it kept flashing due to poor contact. I waited at the front desk for more than half an hour to check in. I kept checking with the person in front of me. I was not familiar with the business at all."

With only a few, you often have to queue if other guests are using them (especially if one guest is washing whites and darks separately, which takes up two machines)."
