"This is my first time ever leaving a negative hotel review, but this stay was honestly very disappointing. On the same floor as the hotel (third floor), there is an adult entertainment venue. At first, my family and I thought it was a wellness or massage center and even considered going in, but the staff there directly told us it was a place “for men only.” This was extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable, especially for families. It also felt very unsafe and poorly managed—people were smoking inside the elevator, which is completely unacceptable. The room itself was not clean. There were spider webs, stains inside the drinking cups, an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, and the floor did not feel properly cleaned. To make things worse, at around 5 a.m., there were people loudly talking and laughing in the corridor, along with repeated door slamming. I had to call the front desk twice before they finally sent someone to handle it, but by then my sleep had already been completely disrupted. Overall, this was a very, very poor hotel experience. The only advantage is the location, as it is conveniently located opposite Puning Garment City."
