"I was a little skeptical at first when I saw no reviews online, but then I went to a wooden building with local characteristics. The location was nice and clean. The boss was a handsome guy with a story. I made several new friends after staying there for three days. The boss took us on an in-depth tour of the nearby Miaoshan Dong River. I personally like this kind of mountains and rivers very much. It was great to drink and chat together. Staying in a youth hostel is not only a way to travel on a budget, but also a way to socialize, a good place to explore the world and exchange ideas. I recommend everyone to go to Rongjiang, see Cunchao, and live in Qianxingzhe. The village is great and the Rongjiang River is beautiful. I will come to Qianxingzhe again."

"The scenery at Dali Dong Village is certainly beautiful, but the most unforgettable experience after leaving the village was the stir-fried beef at Fanyi Neighborhood B&B. It was incredibly delicious and fragrant! Before leaving, I even bought some handmade insoles made by the grandmother of the family. They happened to have a size 38, so I'm sure they'll last me a long time. I love these practical handmade souvenirs."

The room is equipped with a desk and tea set, and the quality tea is excellent. The washing and bathroom partition design is efficient and practical.

When I arrived at the front desk of the hotel, the beautiful sister took the initiative to give us a free upgrade to the viewing room. This is very satisfactory. The room is very big like our family of five. If we have two 1.5 meters beds. Enough to sleep, the room facilities are fully intelligent 2️⃣ It’s not good to say something, that is, the bath at night has always been hot water, a little hot dare not take a bath, when checking out during the day, there is cold water to wash your face, and then the toilet cover is small. The children especially like her. Secondly, the bedding, cleanliness and quality of the rooms in the B&B are all very good. There is also free afternoon tea and minibar. Third, the view from the room is very good, and you can see the entire Drum Tower and stockade. Fourth, the design of the B&B is very clever, with water systems interspersed in it, and it is well-proportioned. Fifth, I was lucky enough to catch up with the wedding next door and get a free dinner. I integrated into the local life and the food was delicious!

The homestay is located in the stockade, and the surrounding environment is beautiful and quiet. Surrounded by green mountains and green waters, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, it is like a paradise. There is also a clock tower that looks even very long.

As soon as I stepped into the room, I was surrounded by the strong woody atmosphere. There is enough freshly ground coffee downstairs
But the water heater is electric, which is not enough for one person to take a shower and wash their hair. The water gets cold very quickly, and the next person to take a shower will probably have to wait 10-20 minutes.
There is another point that has nothing to do with the hotel: people with light sleep will feel a little overwhelmed. Many residents nearby raise chickens, or roosters, which start crowing at around 1 a.m. and stop crowing around 6 a.m. 😂

WWongyThis is the best hotel you will get in Rongjiang. I would say the standard of fit out is similar to a Atour hotel for example. However, this is a brand new property and has a lot of gaps and it feels like the hotel is at a pre opening stage rather than a fully opened hotel.
The Landry in very small basically only one washing machine and one dryer. But after each wash there was water leaks all over the floor as they have not installed the water pipes properly.
The rooms are clean but air con keeps on switching off and you need to keep on changing cold settings to turn it back on. Another annoying thing is the toilet light. Even when turned on the sensors will turn off the light halfway through a shower. So you need to wave the sensor to turn the lights on again.
The reception staff are friendly but clearly lack the polished service. I purchase two nights and added to additional night which I paid at the hotel. But the evening staff don’t seem to communicate with the morning shift. I received a call on the third day around lunchtime asking why I didn’t check out when I paid for two extra nights at reception.
There is supposed to be a gym but no equipment and the football field below is nice but entrance to the field is not yet setup.
Finally, breakfast is very very basic so don’t expect much. Noodles, eggs and a few veggie dishes but quality is quite low.
