Service: After making a reservation, the housekeeper called us to inform us about parking, location, and other precautions. She also came to pick us up after we arrived, which was very considerate.
Environment: I read the magazine in the room. The room is made of fir and uses mortise and tenon structure. As soon as you enter the room, you can smell the natural wood fragrance, which is very comfortable. I am also satisfied with the toiletries and hair care essential oil.
Facilities: There is a wooden treasure box in the room, which contains a flashlight for visiting the village at night, as well as eye masks and earplugs (the village is very quiet and is never visited)
Features: The explanation by Grandpa Yang, the village elder, gave us a deeper understanding of the village. The stories of the Drum Tower, Satan, and Golden Cicada gave us a better understanding of the Dong culture.

HHeihemaAccording to the order navigation given by the housekeeper, we found the parking lot very accurately. After getting off the highway, we got on the winding mountain road. The road quality was very good, but there were many bends. The scenery along the way was superb, but I had to concentrate on driving and control the speed. I called the B&B at the parking lot, and the manager pushed the electric luggage cart to pick us up to the B&B. The first three photos were taken from the parking lot to the B&B front desk to handle the formalities. Because we arrived at 10:30 in the morning, the guests in front of us had not checked out yet. After we completed the formalities, we went to the upstairs of the front desk to rest, and met the owner of the hotel and the beautiful yoga teacher. There is no air conditioning upstairs, and there is no need for air conditioning. On a hot day, it is enough to turn on the smallest electric fan. Seeing us going upstairs, the owner was very considerate to open the windows one by one, and immediately there was a cool breeze blowing, which was the kind of mountain breeze that the human body feels very comfortable. It's so cool! The fifth photo is the ”Miao Family Cuisine” set meal ordered by other guests on the terrace on the second floor. It's so cool to sit in the ”scene” with relatives and friends to eat! This photo immediately attracted a lot of questions after it was posted on WeChat Moments. I directly provided the navigation location that the B&B gave me and asked them to check it online. It turned out that these guests checked out after lunch. While they were eating, the store manager and the waiter had moved their luggage to the platform in front of the door, and then sent them to the parking lot after their meal. Before we finished our lunch, the waiter had already said that the sanitation of the guest room was ready, and the store manager had also explained that he had taken the initiative to upgrade us to the best room type in the B&B. Thank you so much. The guest room is very large, and there is a staircase to the second floor, which is also a big bed, suitable for families with children. The whole wall of floor-to-ceiling glass, outside is the balcony, and you can see the Miao village and terraced fields. The waiter brought us mountain spring water, which is convenient for us to make tea and coffee in the room. It is provided in the guest room. We sat on the balcony drinking tea and coffee all afternoon, waiting to take pictures of the sunset, but the weather was not good enough and we didn't take them. The B&B has yoga activities in the morning and evening, which need to be booked in advance. Just say it in the group and go there at the agreed time. It is in another house in front. We had three meals in the homestay, namely Miao home-style, braised duck, and beef in sour soup. Each time brought me surprises. The chef's skills here are very good, and the dishes made are at the level of boutique high-end homestays. Thumbs up! Every waiter was very polite and obviously well-trained. Because the big bed was facing the floor-to-ceiling glass, we were awakened by the sunrise in the morning. Although the weather was not very good, the rising sun rose from the distant mountains, and the strong light through the clouds was still very dazzling, and the good mood was opened! In addition, it is very cool here, and there is no need to turn on the air conditioner. It is very comfortable to turn on the ceiling fan at a low level. This is a quiet village, suitable for oxygen inhalation, daze, and cultivation... Haha, we stayed here for two nights, leaving the Miao village to see you in the well, and rushing to the next Dong village to see you in the well!

BBubblebubblebubbleThe B&B gave us so many surprises. First of all, the housekeeper Xiaoqin was always thoughtful from check-in to farewell. She is a simple and kind-hearted person. The children especially like her. Secondly, the bedding, cleanliness and quality of the rooms in the B&B are all very good. There is also free afternoon tea and minibar. Third, the view from the room is very good, and you can see the entire Drum Tower and stockade. Fourth, the design of the B&B is very clever, with water systems interspersed in it, and it is well-proportioned. Fifth, I was lucky enough to catch up with the wedding next door and get a free dinner. I integrated into the local life and the food was delicious!

民宿坐落於寨子裏面，周邊環境優美寧靜。被青山綠水環繞，遠離了城市的喧囂與繁忙，宛如一處世外桃源。對面還有一座看上去即使很悠久的鐘樓。
房間特色——木質的魅力：
一踏入房間，我就被那濃郁的木質氣息所包圍。房間的主體結構幾乎全由木材打造，從地板到天花板，從床架到桌椅，每一處細節都展現着木材的天然紋理和温暖質感。這種獨特的設計不僅賦予了房間一種古樸而典雅的氛圍，更讓人彷彿與大自然親密接觸。
服務質量：
民宿主人還是比較熱情的，應該是這裏的原住民。他們總是帶着熱情的微笑迎接每一位客人，讓人感覺格外親切。從入住前的耐心溝通，到入住時的細緻介紹，再到入住期間的隨時響應，都還不錯。

WWongyRongjiang is very small but the hotel is close to main cun chao soccer field and late night eats will all be there including a new Lurkin Coffee if you need your daily caffeine fix. This is big for Rongjiang to get drinkable coffee.
Hotel rooms are clean and room service quite efficient. Lobby is very dirty and needs improvement. Hotel reception staff are also a bit aloof.
We booked the hotel for three nights and on the first night can’t get into our room and had to get our room key card cut again as the hotel staff said we need to get our room key cut for each night of stay which I find very strange.
She ended up fixing the card but just an inconvenience after a long day and we had to run down again to get a new room key.
Lifts were also smelly but it’s a 5 tier city so don’t have too high expectations.

WWongyThis is the best hotel you will get in Rongjiang. I would say the standard of fit out is similar to a Atour hotel for example. However, this is a brand new property and has a lot of gaps and it feels like the hotel is at a pre opening stage rather than a fully opened hotel.
The Landry in very small basically only one washing machine and one dryer. But after each wash there was water leaks all over the floor as they have not installed the water pipes properly.
The rooms are clean but air con keeps on switching off and you need to keep on changing cold settings to turn it back on. Another annoying thing is the toilet light. Even when turned on the sensors will turn off the light halfway through a shower. So you need to wave the sensor to turn the lights on again.
The reception staff are friendly but clearly lack the polished service. I purchase two nights and added to additional night which I paid at the hotel. But the evening staff don’t seem to communicate with the morning shift. I received a call on the third day around lunchtime asking why I didn’t check out when I paid for two extra nights at reception.
There is supposed to be a gym but no equipment and the football field below is nice but entrance to the field is not yet setup.
Finally, breakfast is very very basic so don’t expect much. Noodles, eggs and a few veggie dishes but quality is quite low.

RRichard LLThis is a cheap hotel, and for the price it's worthwhile. My room was clean and suitable for one night stay. There was a problem with the air conditioning remote which took a long time to resolve, and it was difficult to heat the room thoroughly even when it was working. The proprietor is helpful, though be aware you may need to call her when you arrive if she's not at reception. The facilities in the room are basic, and I needed to ask for a kettle.
