"Kunming-Lijiang-Dali-Stone Forest
I planned to fly from Kunming, with the last stop at Stone Forest. I booked it casually, and it was quite nice—small and charming.
We drove from Dali, and it rained, so it took over five hours to arrive. The navigation was accurate, and we were very close to the main square in Wukeshu Village. We encountered the Torch Festival that evening, and it was quite lively with many people, but then it started to rain heavily, so we just came back for bed.
The courtyard is very charming, and you can see the owner's care. There are plants grown in front and back, and the fruit is edible, which the children loved. The owner gave the child a cherry tomato and a pear that grew out of a rock. The child was very satisfied.
The room we stayed in had a staircase and had everything you could expect. It's considered a relatively mature B&B. It was clean, but because it was small, there was no way to separate the wet and dry areas. The soundproofing wasn't very good. I was quite cozy at night with the sound of rain, but I could clearly hear people parking and talking in the middle of the night.
Being in the village, it was very convenient for eating and shopping. The beef noodles recommended by the shopkeeper are also delicious and cheap, with a high overall cost-effectiveness."

"Great location that it is near a lot of food places, a store, and the Stone Forest. Even though I already visited Stone Forest on my visit to Kunming in 2018, this was still a good room in that I get my privacy. Hotel workers were nice in that they gave me more water and wanted to make my bed even though I didn't need it. I liked how it had a heater in there to keep me warm whenever the room got too cold. The thing that I was unsure of is how much freedom and accessibility I get in being able to cook things in the kitchen at times and I was confused about whether I was allowed to eat the food that the cook makes, or it is only for guests that order food and pay for it from him. Sometimes the cook is unpredictable in that I don't know when he comes to cook between the lunch and dinner hours. The front desk women were friendly and helpful in giving me information about certain things. I appreciate it when they loaned me a phone charger temporarily when mine broke until I can get a new replacement one. Thank You for that. The only thing I would have to say, is that it is too far from the city center from the train station in where I need to be in order to catch the train to Hekou and cross the border into Vietnam."

Parking is spacious. The service is good. Call to add children's toothbrush, slippers and drinking water are all very good.
But the central air conditioning is really not good, the noise is very loud, and it is very cold.
The price of the county town is not good.

GGuest UserGreat location just a short bus ride to the Shilin AAAAA Park. The bus stop is very close to Mijia Inn. On the same street are several places to eat, and around the corner is a shop to purchase snacks, drinks, etc. The room is spacious and very clean, with good air-con... it was very hot when we visited! Downstairs is a cafe with very good coffee and nice ambience. The owner is friendly, and altough she does not speak English, she is patient with my (very poor) Chinese, and she helped us to find the grocery shop, etc. In the room, there are slippers, shampoo, etc, and the hot water pressure is excellent. A very relaxing, quiet, and clean place to stay if you are visiting the rock forest or the nearby caves. It is a good value for the price.

SSarah from ItalyThis was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend.
Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!!
They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator.
We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon.
When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊
We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did.

The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, patient and willing to help. 1110012****The B&B, which I didn’t really have any expectations for, really gave me a big surprise! The boss is an elegant person at first glance. There are flowers everywhere on the corridor. There is a small garden on the roof, and there is also a reading place. If my time is not limited, I might just spend some time looking at the flowers and reading.
The B&B is right next to Ashima Square. I thought it would be noisy, but the music stopped playing in the square after ten o'clock in the evening. Maybe it is because the glass sound insulation effect is good, and there is almost no noise at night.
There is a food court next to it, so the problem of eating during the Chinese New Year is solved.
The free rock sugar oranges are delicious, a caring boss!

GGuest UserI originally wanted to book a twin room with a view, but it was no longer available. Ctrip helped coordinate a parent-child room. The view was not so good but it was convenient for a family to live in. The bathroom was very clean and the three plush toys were also clean. You can safely play with your children. There is a small picture book, the master bedroom has air conditioning, but the small bedroom does not, and the quilt is small and thin. Fortunately, there is a blanket, otherwise it will be cold in winter. The master bedroom has a window, but the small bedroom has a window but it cannot be opened, which means there is no window. The toilet seat in the bathroom is broken. Yes, it's wobbly for fear of falling down. The water volume is large and the temperature is suitable for showering. It's very comfortable. Maybe it's because our room is the only one occupied in the building we live in, so the water volume doesn't affect it. In addition, it's a long walk to Shihai Hot Spring. If it's too late, Wearing a bathrobe in the cold will make you feel cold. You can try to ask the hotel to arrange a battery car. If you don’t want to drive a few kilometers away for meals, you can only eat at the hotel’s on-site restaurant. There is no other choice. The supermarket is also a long way away, so it is best to bring the necessary items when you stay in the hotel. I brought everything else with me and there is nothing wrong with me. I will choose this place again next time I go to the hot springs.

The place is somewhat away from the main road and the nights are really quiet, you can even hear the crickets!
