The location is really amazing! It is super close to the train station. If you drive by car, the parking lot is oversized and convenient. It takes ten minutes to drive to the ancient city. After shopping at night, you will not toss.
The service was particularly grounded. The front desk lady was super enthusiastic. She took the initiative to tell us which snacks in the ancient city are authentic. She also helped us check the performance time and saved a lot of work on the strategy. I brought my baby to stay and gave me a small toy, and the child was happy! I wanted more quilts in the middle, and I sent them in a few minutes after a phone call, which was especially quick.
The room was the most pleasant surprise! It was clean and nothing to say, the bedding was soft and I had a good night's sleep. The most intimate thing is that the facilities are super complete, microwave ovens, capsule coffee machines, small refrigerators, snacks and fruits can be refrigerated, and you can heat up something to eat when you are hungry at night. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, the smart toilet is convenient to use, and the toiletries are not perfunctory. The noise of the elevator operation at night affected the rest. Second, the hardware dynamic line design has serious shortcomings. As a nominal five-star hotel, there is only one exit from the lobby to the underground garage, and you need to take steps. What is more unreasonable is that the passage is also shared with the guests for garbage clearance, which is not convenient for passengers with luggage. We are always attentive and considerate of our guests. You will be pleasantly surprised that when you wake up early in the depths of this mountain, you will have a cup of coffee that is no less than a professional coffee shop in the city. The breakfast is simple and exquisite, and you can eat local specialties.
Every decoration and detail in the hotel, from the furnishings to the hand sanitizer in the guest rooms, all demonstrate the manager's excellent taste and pursuit of quality.
Stayed for 2 consecutive days and had three meals a day. The dishes at each meal amazed my friends in the same group. They were simple, local, exquisite and delicious!

GGuest UserThank you to the young owners and their parents for their hospitality during our short stay - for transporting my parents and I to and from restaurants for our meals and dropping us off at the main tourist attraction. Also special thanks to the 阿姨 for the delicious breakfast, her homemade mantou and pickles. Mrs Han was so generous in also helping us heat up leftovers takeaway from lunch for our dinner. The beds were comfortable. Initially the room was too warm but the young Mr Han helped to sort out the floor heating and heater so that the room was more comfortable. The recommended driver, Mr An, was very good, who brought us safely to Pingan.

Additionally - the real highlight - Liu Kaidi couldn’t have been more helpful in helping to organize our trip with us. Amongst other things she: answered all of our questions we had about our hike around Mount Wutai, gave us a route and map, was extremely responsive on WeChat throughout our time in the area. She also allowed us to leave bags during our hike free of charge, helped us book and catch our bus to Taiyuan, arranged our bus to the East Terrace at 3.30am at the start of our hike (waking us up) and gave us a fantastic food recommendation for dinner (even walking us to the restaurant).
Our stay would not have even the same without her help and we are so grateful. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I came to the area.

TTAN BOON LIANG BERNARDThis is our first time visiting Wutaishan and we stayed here for 5 nights. We came here by a direct bus from Beijing and the hotel picked us from the bus terminal in Wutaishan. The hotel driver was helpful and polite. We were greeted by 2 pleasant front desk ladies upon check in. We received a beads bracket gift and welcome fruit plate .
During the first day we had an issue with the air conditioning unit in our room and they changed our room the very next day.
The hotel is located just off a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops. There is also a shuttle bus stop just around the corner. There are many famous temples here all within walking distance from the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food is delicious and we had a meal served in our room.
The lady boss (who we didn’t meet) provided us with information for our trip planning and helped us to book a land tour of the 5 mountains.
Lastly we would like to compliment the 2 front desk staff, the 2 cleaning staff and the driver for their enthusiastic attitude and service.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

GGuest UserVery Nice Hotel at Center of Taihuai Town, The Owner Are Good and Very Welcoming, The room Very Clean with nice and comfort bedding. Hot shower is good.
Many food and store available nearby. Early morning breakfast before pilgrimage, is not a problem, many affordable buffet arround at 15 RMB.
If you want to go for 5 terrace pilgrimage, the transport will come to pick at the hotel, because the location is nearby
The hotel owner also can help to book for the five terrace trip.

GGuest UserOt's a small boutique hotel . The room was large and new looking. It had a small living room with comfortable chairs. The bathroom is average size with good hot shower.
The location is very good with easy access to restaurants and grocery shops. Be aware that everything concerned with food is just that little bit more expensive than other cities in China. But I guess the cost of hauling everything up to wu tai shan is costly.
The hotel is also close to the central bus station.
The manger Tong Tian Tian was most helpful. She came to pick us up from the bus station, helped us to book a day tour of the 5 mountain temples. ( which had to be cancelled halfway due to a snowstorm on the mountain tops, where the main temples were.
She then helped us to get our partial redunds.
And then helped us to book bus tickets for onward travel to Datong.
She was really helpful. On our first day she dropped us off at a temple nearly 20 mins away.
So top marks for her customer service
The hotel is a little short on the normal facilities like gym , small room fridge in the room, a restaurant ( so no breakfast )

AAnnie PBPMy room was spotless—so clean and fresh, and completely non-smoking, which was a huge plus. I loved relaxing in the bathtub while taking in the view.
Breakfast was a solid win with varieties of options, both international and Chinese. My favorite part was the freshly squeezed juice —such a nice touch! The Chinese restaurant downstairs was also great, especially the spicy chicken dish. If you like bold flavors, it's a must-try.
The hotel offers four mineral hot bath pools, which looked super clean. They do come at an extra charge, but they seem worth it if you're looking to unwind. Speaking of relaxation, the spa was amazing! The lady massager was incredibly kind, helping me with my lower back pain after a long week of traveling. She even shared a tip—walking backward to ease the pain!
The only downside was that during the spring season, there’s no air conditioning. If the room gets a bit warm, you’ll need to open the window for cooler air.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place!

HHanqing～yanIt feels so good to live halfway up the mountain. You can overlook the panoramic view. You can also watch the night view directly from the small terrace. The hot water is very good. The boss is also very helpful. He added a WeChat message in advance to let him know how to get there. In the morning, there was a little orange cat begging for food. Not bad👍Walking to the main temples, and at the bottom of the mountain is Dex👍
