"This is a very quiet, neat and clean hotel with all service boxes covered. You get a lot for the little money you spend.
On check in you receive a coffee voucher which I immediately spend in the Hotel coffee shop.
When I checked out, and needed to wait for my transport to show up, I was offered another coffee from the hotel coffee shop.
The coffee shop, which serves excellent coffee, also serves as breakfast restaurant.
Good choice of food and again a clean and modern layout. (has an interesting space saving set-up of the tables.)
The only thing, probably only noticeable by foreigners, is the height of the benches and couches in the hotel.
It feels like sitting on the floor. (A bit too low for my taste)"

"I stayed in this hotel on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the service. As soon as I walked in with my suitcase, I was shocked by the grand lobby. When I checked in, they poured me some warm black tea. I felt embarrassed. There were some small refreshments opposite the bar for guests to try. They asked me if I had any room needs. They upgraded me. The floor I was assigned was also very high. From the room, I could see most of the city of Yongkang! They also gave me some fruits and snacks! The front desk lady was afraid that the water in the room was not enough, and she brought us two more bottles of water. When she checked in, the front desk lady sent small snacks intimately. MManeGaneshRecently We visited Yongkang, and found the Perfect place. Great Hospitality, Perfect location and perfect Staff. Especially Miss Zhang. And her team. (Owner lady too.) We being at new place new country with lot of language barrier but still they were ready to help, even though they don't know English but they never got angry but always communicated using translator. Especially front desk Girl Miss Zhang. She is doing great job. Only problem here was Food, since they have only breakfast which was. Pretty good, but no other meal. And we being pure vegetarian had to suffer as all hotels nearby by offer only non veg. But it has nothing to do with Hotel services, I hope I do come back here in future and experience the same.
