"I chose the right hotel for my trip to Zhoushan this time. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and check-in was a breeze. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich with a wide variety of options. The executive lounge, in particular, has a wonderful ambiance. They even offered a complimentary cocktail and coffee. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit."

"Compared to the guesthouses in Zhujiajian that easily cost at least a thousand yuan per night, I highly recommend this place. The hotel is new and clean. I was traveling with my whole family, and the loft layout was perfect for a family trip. The hotel is close to Wugong Temple Wharf, which is very convenient for our trip to Putuo Mountain. It's easy to get to the wharf by taxi or car. The hotel offers free parking, but charging stations for electric vehicles are a bit limited. There's a watermelon stand right next to the parking lot, which was really convenient for buying watermelons on the way back. It's a bit far to Nansha Island; even driving without traffic takes about half an hour. However, it's close to restaurants in the city center, so I'm satisfied."

"Right next to Puji Temple, very close. The courtyard is tiny and connects to the neighboring property, so there's not much privacy. At over 2000 per night, it's not great value for money. They call it a family room, but it's actually quite small, and breakfast isn't included. The breakfast is really bad, and it costs 80 yuan per person. Of course, there are some positives: the location is excellent, and the butler's attitude is good."

"I stayed here from Dec 24–26, 2025. Overall the hotel was comfortable and clean. I gave it high marks for cleanliness and a good score for service and facilities, which reflects my experience. The room was tidy and the free hot breakfast was a nice touch, making mornings easier. The staff were generally friendly and helpful when asked questions. However, one downside was the location felt a bit spread out from the main shopping and eating streets. I found myself walking quite a long way to get to stores, restaurants, and local sights, which was tiring, even though there are places nearby, they’re not always as close as I expected."

"My husband and I visited Putuoshan during the off-peak season on a weekday. We drove from Shanghai and took a ferry from Banshengdong pier to Putuoshan for a pilgrimage. We stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Banshengdong, which is conveniently located very close to the pier. The price was really great, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was quite good too. There's a beautiful view right across from the hotel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I bring my parents next time."

"The room was very neat and clean, and the service attitude and quality were also great, beyond words. I've stayed at a few other B&Bs, and this one really stands out. The location is also excellent; you can see Putuoshan right across the street. Getting around is super convenient too, as it's only a few minutes from the ferry terminal. The scenic mountain and water views are very soothing. Overall, the experience was really fantastic. Friends, just go for it, no need to hesitate! I genuinely recommend this B&B."

"Went to Shenjiamen and booked a hotel at random. After checking in, I felt that the hotel was very cost-effective, the front desk was very professional and enthusiastic, and the rooms were simple and comfortable. Mainly in the old town, the hotel has its own parking lot and parking is free, which is quite good. The hotel has a buffet breakfast, and you can buy it at the front desk if you want to eat it. The breakfast is very good, I personally think it is delicious. Overall very satisfied."

The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The lobby facilities are well-equipped, and the front desk service was warm and attentive. The room features smart voice control, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent. I'm very satisfied. Recommended!"

The hotel's facilities are also very comprehensive, and the public areas are clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a rich and varied selection, balancing both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were spot-on, catering to various dietary preferences. The restaurant service was attentive, and dishes were replenished promptly. We also enjoyed walking around the hotel's beautifully landscaped grounds, which provided great photo opportunities. As a couple, the atmosphere here was just right – not overly noisy, yet not dull or boring. The hotel's attention to detail was evident throughout, reflecting thoughtful management. We encountered no frustrating issues during our stay. Both the quality of the facilities and the staff's service truly lived up to the Sheraton brand standards. If I travel to Zhoushan again, I would still prioritize staying at the Greentown Sheraton and would gladly recommend this hotel to friends visiting Zhoushan. It's an excellent choice for couples, business travelers, or families on a short vacation."
