"The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. It's conveniently located right across from Wanda Plaza, making dining out super easy. There's an underground parking lot, which is great for getting around and exploring the area. It's also not far from Haidai Tower and the Liuli Museum. Plus, there are a few excellent, non-viral BBQ spots nearby that are delicious and affordable per person."

"I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. In short: excellent value for money. **Hotel Environment:** Good. The hotel lobby has a 'Liaozhai' (Chinese classic tales) theme, and the rooms are well-equipped. **Hotel Service:** Excellent. The front desk staff paid warm attention to my needs, for example, making sure I wasn't next to the elevator. They even gave me a lottery ticket (too bad I didn't win!). My room came with four complimentary bottles of water. Check-out is officially at 2 PM, and I only woke up past noon, yet no one disturbed me [facepalm emoji]. I later found a note in the room saying you could order free wontons at night. All these little details really warmed my heart – truly deserving of my great Zibo! (See photos). **Location:** The most important thing is that the hotel is close to the train station, and the soundproofing is decent. It's about an 8-minute taxi ride from the train station, and despite being close, it's not noisy at all. I, for one, had a very peaceful night's sleep. Great value for money! I'm very satisfied! It'll be my top choice next time."

"The front desk staff, including Chia, Kevin, and Kiliy, were all very enthusiastic, and the supervisor (whose name I didn't catch) was also incredibly hospitable. The lobby is beautiful, offering free hot cocoa, yuzu honey tea, and lemonade, and there's even a robot! The hotel is conveniently located very close to the beautiful Haidai Building. The room was quite spacious, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. As it's a new hotel, there was a slight scent, but to my pleasant surprise, they had prepared two air purifiers for me, which I really appreciated! Breakfast was also good; if the noodles had been in chicken broth, it would have been even better. Overall, it's a hotel with excellent value for money."

"Stayed at the Sheraton Zibo with my two kids for one night, and overall, I was quite satisfied. The location is convenient, with MixC downstairs and Badaju within walking distance. This was a huge plus, as traveling with kids means you want to avoid any unnecessary hassle. The room was spacious enough for both children to move around comfortably, and it was clean. The bedding was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the pillows were comfortable, so the whole family slept well. The front desk staff were very accommodating when they saw we had children during check-in, and they were quick to respond to our needs. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Zibo."

The hotel facilities are also very complete, with a laundry room, gym, and breakfast. The breakfast offers a wide variety and is buffet-style. The mattress in the room is very soft, and the room itself is also very spacious. I'm extremely satisfied and had a very comfortable stay. "The hotel is in a good location, close to Zibo Station and within walking distance of the Eight Bureaus. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Although there are no USB ports in the room, plugs are provided. The room is clean and the bedding is clean and comfortable. It is cost-effective."

"We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Zibo with our child. It's conveniently located near the Liuli Museum and Haidai Tower. We rented a car from the train station for two days, and the hotel offers free parking; you just need to inform the WeChat concierge of your car number when entering and exiting, which was very convenient. The hotel provides two free bottles of mineral water daily. The small towels are disposable, and the large bath towels are sterilized. I brought my own toiletries, so I didn't try theirs. The slippers are a bit thin. There was a small round stool with some stains, but we didn't need to use it, so it wasn't an issue. Wi-Fi connects via a WeChat QR code. The projector allows free viewing of Tencent VIP videos and also supports screen mirroring via WeChat QR code (though you have to watch an ad before mirroring). Our room was on the 13th floor, facing the street, but the soundproofing was excellent; once the windows were closed, we couldn't hear any street noise. However, every night we could hear water running from the rooms upstairs or downstairs. The room had manual sheer curtains and electric blackout curtains. Both sides of the bed had USB ports and universal charging sockets (two and three-prong). The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, but you have to find the right angle to open and close the shower door and the main bathroom door. The large showerhead had a powerful spray, and the water pressure was good with stable temperature. We stayed for two consecutive days. After adding the front desk on WeChat, it was very easy to arrange room cleaning, request more free mineral water, and report our car number. The room had an enclosed bay window balcony, which our child loved sitting on to play with LEGOs and stand to look at the distant scenery. Downstairs, there's a small park with swings and a sandbox for kids. Shared electric bikes are readily available just outside the parking lot, making it very convenient to visit attractions without driving. I usually don't bother leaving reviews, but I really feel this place offers excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"This was my second visit to Zibo, and this time the stay was exceptionally good, exceeding my expectations, so it definitely deserves a full score. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Eight Bureaus area, making dining and getting around very convenient. On the first day, the evening shift front desk attendant was incredibly patient and thorough. When she learned we needed two rooms on the same floor, she proactively upgraded one of our rooms. The staff were all polite and gentle, and any requests we had were addressed promptly. The room was spacious, clean, and free of any strange odors. The bedding was fluffy and comfortable against the skin, and there was a refrigerator and a safe. For such an affordable price, the value for money was absolutely outstanding! We changed our plans for the next day and extended our stay for another night. A big thank you to the lovely manager, employee ID 202, who not only arranged our extended stay in the original room but also gave my daughter a beautiful bracelet. Hospitable Shandong truly makes you feel at home with such thoughtful details. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Zibo."
