"For my trip to Zibo this time, I didn't hesitate to book the Sheraton Zibo, and the entire stay was truly delightful. The hotel's location is a huge plus, being very close to MixC World, making it super convenient to get to Badaju and enjoy some barbecue. The front desk service during check-in was very professional and attentive. They even took the time to explain the parking policy, reminding guests that the underground parking garage is free and to claim a parking voucher at the front desk before checking out. Their attention to detail was impressive. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and bright, with wide-open views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. I really have to highlight the bedding – the mattress was just the right firmness, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. After a long day of traveling, I was able to relax quickly and sleep soundly through the night. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the toiletries were complete, and the hot water was stable. The room's soundproofing was also good; we weren't disturbed by any hallway noise. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options. Besides the usual Western dishes, there were also local specialties like Jianbing Guozi, and everything tasted great. All the hotel staff were very friendly; they would politely greet you if you encountered them in the hallways, and they were quick to respond to any requests. I highly recommend this hotel for both family vacations and business trips. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Zibo."

"The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. It's conveniently located right across from Wanda Plaza, making dining out super easy. There's an underground parking lot, which is great for getting around and exploring the area. It's also not far from Haidai Tower and the Liuli Museum. Plus, there are a few excellent, non-viral BBQ spots nearby that are delicious and affordable per person."

"We stayed here for 2 nights while we were attending some business meetings in Zibo. It is very near Zibo station and easily accessible. The hotel decorations look like that of a ceramic museum. The rooms are clean, there is a self laundry and ironing room for travelers who travel light. There is a basic gym room with treadmills and cycles too. The breakfast has many options in Chinese and some in western. There is also a 24 hr convenience store at the entrance for late night munching and useful items."

"The front desk staff, including Chia, Kevin, and Kiliy, were all very enthusiastic, and the supervisor (whose name I didn't catch) was also incredibly hospitable. The lobby is beautiful, offering free hot cocoa, yuzu honey tea, and lemonade, and there's even a robot! The hotel is conveniently located very close to the beautiful Haidai Building. The room was quite spacious, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. As it's a new hotel, there was a slight scent, but to my pleasant surprise, they had prepared two air purifiers for me, which I really appreciated! Breakfast was also good; if the noodles had been in chicken broth, it would have been even better. Overall, it's a hotel with excellent value for money."

"The hotel is quite new with its own dedicated parking, and you don't need to register your license plate when entering or exiting, which is very convenient. It's very clean, and the twin beds are quite large. The room itself is also spacious, perfect for a family of four like ours. The service was good too."

"The hotel is in a good location, close to Zibo Station and within walking distance of the Eight Bureaus. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Although there are no USB ports in the room, plugs are provided. The room is clean and the bedding is clean and comfortable. It is cost-effective."

"Zibo Intercity Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, right in the city center at Qimei Building. The high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows offer an amazing view of the city nightscape. The room was spacious and spotless, with a modern, light luxury decor. The bathroom had a modern design with a separate wet and dry area. The service was warm and attentive, especially from the two lovely and professional ladies at the front desk, who even upgraded my room. They also gave me a souvenir when I left, showing great attention to detail. It's close to Mixc World, Muyangcun BBQ, and the Liuli Museum. The breakfast was surprisingly rich, featuring local Zibo specialties like xiaohuashao (small flatbreads), wontons, and Boshan smoked sausage, all freshly made on the spot. They proactively recommended dining routes, which was a thoughtful touch. Plus, there's free parking, a gym, and a smart laundry room. It's perfect for business trips, family vacations, or just sightseeing. The value for money is incredible – a must-stay when in Zibo!"

"The room was clean and spacious. The 1.35-meter bed was perfect for families with children. Since it was the Mid-Autumn Festival, the front desk even gave us Mid-Autumn gifts! Hotel guests can enjoy the hot springs for free. Children between 1.2m and 1.5m were charged an additional 30 and 60 for the bath, respectively. The kids had a blast! The hot springs were very relaxing, and breakfast was rich and delicious. The accommodation was clean and hygienic, with a huge laundry room. Plus, Zibo BBQ is amazing! This hotel was definitely the highlight of our trip!"
