Third, there was a transformer for the cabin area's lighting project hanging on the exterior wall of Room 20, causing the wall to vibrate and emit a buzzing sound. It was only eliminated after troubleshooting and turning off all external lights. Fourth, the air conditioning in Rooms 19 and 20 was unresponsive at night. After two people made four separate trips to troubleshoot and repair it, it was finally fixed at 10:30 PM. Fifth, it wasn't until after we checked into our rooms and discovered there was no TV or bathtub that we were informed that the cabin rooms vary, and bathtubs, TVs, and tatami mats are not standard features. By then, it was too late to change rooms.
